We had a company called Servingusa.com call us about our delinquent taxes stating they could help us settle them and we have dealt with a Mr. ************************ **************************** who is the senior tax consultant at ********************** and a ****** *******************@ processingtaxgroup.com. Our loan ID with them is #*******. We took out a loan with them for $5000 to settle our *** taxes. They have never provided any service for us. They have never provided any proof that they have done anything for us. I spoke with a Ms. ****** ID ********** at the *** and she told me there was never anything filed on our behalf to settle our delinquent taxes. This company took out a loan with lending USA to pay the $5000. We started payments on 5/28/2021 in the amount of $158.73 which was to be paid on the 28th of every month taken automatically out of our banking account. We stopped payments on 12/28/2022 because no service has been provided to us, we were contacted by lending USA telling us we were delinquent in our payments. We r old them we wanted our money back in a total of $2857.14, they have not returned our money. We want to be reimbursed for that amount, because nothing was done for us through servicingUSA. Lending USA has contacted us once and told us that servicing, *** has tried to contact us to resolve this issue, they have never reached out to us. There are no emails to prove that, I do not feel it is our responsibility to prove to lending USA that the service was not provided, that is for them to figure out. We want our $2857.14 returned to us from lending USA.

I became delinquent with a personal loan and I received letter to contact them for assistance. I sent them several emails to the email address they provided. The company never responded and charged off my loan before February 27 th . According to their own letter, I had until that day to contact them but they charged it off and never responded to my emails. Again, the email provided was in their own letter as a contact method.

Date of Transaction: Final payment 12/29/2022. After the first 5 payments, they were supposed to give me a $25.00 credit which they did not which caused me to overpay my account and I am owed a refund of $40.47. Every time I call they tell me they have escalated my case and wait 15 days. No one has ever called me back. I want my refund and an apology.

I was charged twice in one month for a payment and they refused to credit the second payment that was not due. I have never been late on a payment and I was not past due any payments. The payment simply was taken twice and when i called they refused to credit it. They told me I could dispute the payment with my bank then I would owe a "bounced payment fee". They said my next payment isn't due until April (they applied my extra payment to next months) but the point is that I didn't have the money to pay 2 payments in one month and it was THEIR system that caused the issue.

I took out this loan over the phone with a representative while at the store. They read off my banking information correctly but failed to input it correctly. I was charged a fee for their mistake. After submitting review on it I was told it was my fault and I had to pay it. They escalated it to the next person. Since then I've paid my loan off besides waiting on the response of the late fee. I was told that it was denied and I still had to pay so I called back to get conformation that I no longer owe anything and then get the run around trying to speak to a supervisor. The lady just gave me the run around and bringing up past interactions about what has been done that did not pertain to the call when I specifically asked for a supervisor. I would like to be compensated for the fee as the mistake was not on my end.

Received email from ******************************** that I had applied for a loan, which is not true. I called them and they wanted the last four digits of my social, which I did not give them. They said to call ************** which I did, but they could not verify anything unless I gave them more info. I told them I'd report them.

I made my payment early because I knew I wouldn't be able to pay it at the end of the month due to my rent. They took it out anyway at the end of the month meaning I didn't have the money in my account for my rent and my rent check bounced. When I called I was told they could refund it but it would take 3 weeks. Not sure how that helps when my rent was due already. Nowhere did it say it would still take my automatic payment when I made the early payment. In fact, now it says my next payment is 2/28 when I haven't even made a January payment yet. So they aren't even giving accurate due dates.

      Dear *******************************:

We are in receipt of the above-referenced Better Business Bureau complaint which you filed on January 3, 2023. We have investigated your concerns and our responses are contained herein. Please note that this letter is not an attempt to collect a debt, but rather is in response to your request.

We confirm you did make an early payment on December 22nd, 2022 in the amount of $57.66, which should have stopped any electronic fund transfers ("EFT") for that month. Unfortunately, due to a system error, the previously-scheduled EFT did not pause, leading to another payment of $57.66 on December 31, 2022. We apologize for the error and inconvenience this has caused. We have already begun processing a refund to correct this error.

In the interim, if you have any additional questions, please email us at ************************************* or call us at **************.

      Sincerely,

      LendingUSA

Lend USA called me regarding a loan. When I did spoke with them, the rep asked me for my SSN (or parts of it). When I refused and told them to ask another verification question, they simply hung up. Extremely rude and unprofessional people.

It has been entire almost. I called the manager wouldn't speak with me about the issue; I called twice, and they said for me to send them a copy of my credit report. I don't have the money to pay for copy of my credit report.
