After submitting our ID for verification, our Stripe account was abruptly closed. Since then, we've only received automated responses, with no human intervention. It's frustrating how these replies are just repetitive templates, showing no understanding of our actual issue. The content of their responses is irrelevant to our problem, indicating a lack of attention to our specific situation. This lack of proper customer service and personal attention is disappointingBusiness Response

Stripe Overview
As background, Stripe provides a technology platform that allows merchants selling permissible goods or services online, or through a mobile device, to quickly and simply accept payments.[1] Merchants register for an account by providing contact information, some information about their business and its principals, and bank account information. This information is submitted through an electronic application process and additional information, such as ID scans, may be requested by Stripe after submission.
Merchants have control over what information is provided to Stripefor credit card charges, this must minimally contain the card number and expiration date. Most merchants also elect to provide the name, CVC, ZIP code as an anti-fraud measure, but are not required to. It is important to note that funds are briefly held in an aggregated clearing account at a bank before being deposited into the merchant's bank account. Merchants identify the account into which funds are ultimately deposited through the Stripe management interface. Merchants consent to Stripes Services Agreement when establishing their account. On November 30, Stripe reached out to the Complainant to let them know about its concerns and that it could no longer support their business. I HAVE ANALYZED ALL THEY DO HERE IN BBB and I am about to expose them
First of all about my business:0 transactions, 0 charges, never done business before, we built our own CRM software and Stripe randomly blamed us for copyright violation which you can visit our website to confirm.
1) They cannot say we told them wrong site because we never ever ever processed ever in anywhere ever and myself as well never done business before
2) they cannot say what we sell is copyright infringement because it is custom built crm you can visit yourself to see
3) now here they are repeating themselves with templates
EXPOSING THEM:
1) Stripe is a scam, I mean it, once they close your account they do not let you contact them via text or email
2) Stripe is a scam, they close your account automatically and send you FAKE appeal form to fill out which automatically in next few business hours says denied (I had friends who recovered accounts by talking to them even after appeal denied so appeal is FAKE), they used to have another FAKE appeal which was asking card number but now they ask FAKE appeal of upload company formation document as if it does any help
3) Here in BBB responses, all they do is say we closed your account and it is complaint with our agreement and their agreement basically says they are dictator and you cannot do anything about it and you cannot *** them and go through arbitration
4) BBB all they ever do is repeat why they cannot support you as you can see any reasonable person would check our site and see we sell crm instead of closing
5) FAKE FAKE ******* => Hackernews automatically blacklist all complaints about Stripe so if you post anything it automatically get down check it for yourself
6) People say Stripe is good NEVER grown their business and don't know, some people believe Stripe is good because they never had any good volume and never experienced bad side of Stripe and believe everyone that has bad experience is basically criminal or doing something against terms but reality is Stripe is automatically closing accounts for NO REASON
7) On Black Friday, out of $10B processed, they at least took $1B and did not pay => I had friends with millions of dollars held forever and what they do is they keep delaying your funds and never pay a dime or say they will refund your customers but NEVER do
8) Stripe is a scam, their business model is they let you process and hold your money
9) Stripe DOES NOT DO IPO BECAUSE they want to hide all these practices and steal people's money
10) YC is behind Stripe because they are financially successful due to stealing people's money
11) Stripe is a scam because I had friends who built their site via site builder, and what happened is everyone using that site builder got closed at the same time so Stripe has an algorithm closing all similar sites at the same time, I wonder maybe I was one of them
12) Stripe is a scam, even people here complaining having 1 star review in BBB, NO authorities are taking action against them13) Stripe specifically close accounts after very high volume season so they can collect as much money as possible and IF any company caused them losses what they do is they take revenge on innocent accounts and take their funds instead to cover THEIR OWN losses

I opened a stripe account and have been doing business as normal on stripe, I have kept a healthy account with 0 disputes and no issues with any customers my account was in perfect standing, stripe out of the blue had requested that i send out Verification ID to properly verify my account which is totally normal, once I submit this they verify my account and shortly after request a boat load of documents and photos of my inventory which I happily complied, after sending this documents over Stripe replies saying they believe that my customers did not authorize their charges and they will be closing my account due to this, this is absolutely unacceptable I have perfect account health with no disputes or issues and stripe asks me for a dozen documents to verify my business, once i submit these documents to verify my business which all match up properly to my information they decide to close my account because they believe that my customers didnt authorize their transactions, they have absolutely no basis on this claim and they can contact all my customers to verify their purchase. Stripe is finding any reason to close my account as I believe their customer agent is offended that I said he was not being helpful and made it personal and decided to close my account. I would like my account reviewed by an executive team member as I am being treated completely unfair.Business Response

I have attached screenshots from two accounts that have Stripe as the payment processor. In each instance, I have little or no activity on my accounts because of developers that think they are smarter than the average individual. In the Case of ISSU Magazine Platform, my data and share or likes have been manipulated by the Platform. I have removed my content. ISSU is a US ************** however, Spotify is an international company. Both these companies have been stealing from me using the Stripe Platform.
