      I subscribed to yahoo's security to stop my wife from getting in it as we divorce. Yahoo did not fulfill their end of keeping it safe for 1. I was locked out for 3 months and they wouldn't help me. On top of that I have paid them for months now. When I canceled yesterday at 6 am, they then turned around and charged me 12.99 for a canceled subscription. Finally their customer service rerouted me 3 times before telling me essentially I just got robbed and I can't do anything about it but get off of the phone and email about it. This is unacceptable. Please fix this.

      I have had a yahoo account for over 20 years ******************* I recently changed my phone number and was unable to update in yahoo and forgot my password. I am unable to access my account. I pay all my bills and keep in touch with family via this email account. I called a yahoo representation on 10/1/21 and he asked me for old emails in order to verify who I was. I was on the phone with him for about 40 minutes and during this time I had both my girlfriend and father look into recent emails I had sent. We provided 9 such emails but the person on the line was not able to fix the issues. This may have been in part to a language barrier. He told me that a supervisor would call back but this never happened. I called again and was told again I would receive a call back. I am a Nurse Practitioner in California and own a home:************************************************** I can provider California Drivers license or whatever is needed so I regain access to account.       I made the mistake of using Yahoo.com for my Fantasy Football League. During the first week of September, I clicked a button for "yahoo plus", thinking I might use their expert advice for my FFB Draft. The page never changed to yahoo plus, and never gave me access to sign-up or pay for yahoo plus. A week later, I see that I have somehow been signed up for a subscription w/o my knowledge. I have sent multiple emails, several chats, even spoke on the phone to someone about this error, but no one will address the issue I have, and only say I have to pay for a service I never had access to. But I'll let that go, and explain what I need help with. Recognizing that these thieves are holding my Fantasy League hostage, I simply decide to pay, BUT NO! Their representative refuses to take my payment by Paypal, Check, even by Prepaid Card, they are requiring that I pay by personal credit card or debit card, which I won't give them, because they'll only use it to steal more money from me.

      Yahoo sells web hosting services for small businesses. They market on their site that their web hosting tools are supported and can be used by both Microsoft and Apple computers. I am an apple user and have also been a customer of Yahoo Small business for over 10 years and been paying for 2 separate web hosting accounts. - ******************** - ***************************** Over the years, when technical issues have come up, I have been directed to an off-shore support organization. This organization is NOT familiar with the Yahoo products and ineffective at providing solutions. Over the years, the my submitted issues have gone unresolved and I have had to "just live with them". However, yesterday, I attempted to update my site with my Apple MacBook Pro (as well as other apple products) and found that Apple products no longer work with the Yahoo Website builder tools. 4 hours on the phone with the off shore service center yielded no path forward. This is a critical issue.

This is exactly the same runaround that I have been experiencing. That phone number and website bring you to the same call center that I am complaining about. They are unable to resolve the reported issues. They do not follow-up on the complaint. And, the issues go unresolved and I either need to "live with them" or spend the time and money to rebuild my websites with a different company and tool.       Yahoo has an online financial service called Yahoo Finance Plus that I signed up for. This was an annual subscription of $280. I was apprehensive about trusting that large payment to Yahoo because of their history of massive security breaches. Since I could use my PayPal account I felt comfortable that I would have some level of protection. I signed up on June 24th and after the initial 14 day trial Yahoo attempted and failed at securing payment from my PayPal account. It is important to note that a no time was my PayPal account at issue. From the date that I signed up to this day Yahoo has had a valid form of payment available. I have attempted to work with Yahoo to resolve the issue multiple times but with no effort on their part they simply tell me I have to give them my credit cards instead of using PayPal. I have no intention to do this. Since then I have been harassed by delinquency messages. I fear that at some point this will end up on my credit report.

      I have an email with Yahoo. I don't use it that often as it's not my primary email. I went to login and it said my password was incorrect, so I selected forgot my password. It then notified me that it was sending password reset instructions to my "recovery" email. The recovery email was not an email I'd ever seen before, so I'm concerned my account got hacked. I called their customer service and they could hardly speak English. They had no idea what I was talking about and kept asking what country I was calling from. I just want to be able to access my account as I'm afraid it's been hacked and Yahoo seems to have no where for me to get help with that. This all occurred on 9/28/21.

      09/27/21 unable to sign into Yahoo account due to not having access to recovery phone number or email. I called Yahoo hotline willing to pay for premium service but was greeted with no help . Why remove account recovery questionnaire without notifying customers of change I'm now lock out of my account please overlook how this feature works.

      I contact Yahoo customer care, asking for a refund of 33.39. I cancel this subscription and they still charged my card. They don't allow you to removed your card so it not charge. This is consider fraudulent when you have cancelled the services and they still charge your card. I want a full refund.

      I have been a victim of identity theft. It started with comcast who i also ahve a complaint with and never got a response yet, verizon, apple, yahoo, and google. These trash hackers have ruined my life and comprimised my identity. I NEED my ********************* back it is my business email of 16 years.
