    AES represented themselves as authorized repair persons for my Dacor stove. That is not true. They came to my home did a diagnostic and charged me $1,400 for parts, service and labor. They said they needed to order the parts and would return to repair the appliance upon receipt. For SEVEN MONTHS they have been giving me the run around. First they kept saying the parts were delayed. Recently they switched to saying that they don't have record of their visit or my payment and asked me to "prove" I paid them. She gave me a number to send the receipt to, but kept saying she never received it, that something was wrong with my phone, and hung up on me. These people are SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    A.E.S. Sent a repair man out to my home for a stove repair. Said it would cost $1200. For the part. They needed $600. Deposit to order the part. They came back 4 weeks later. Said they didnt have the right part. I told them I wanted my deposit back and they have never answered the phone. And have blocked my number. I have called from other phones and they tell me the person is never there to talk to. I know they are lying. It is a scam place. Their address is fake. I just want my refund back. Please help me. Thank you.

    Represented themselves as authorized Viking Repair which they are not! Unauthorized charge to credit card for service and parts that were never provided. Only stayed 5 minutes; said he was ordering parts and we haven't heard back from them since. Fraudulently charged $1269 for parts and repairs NEVER done. Left message for one of the 5 "****" named repairman on 9/16/22 and haven't heard back. They committed grand theft by charging my credit card more than just the service call charge. They are ******; every time we call we get a different excuse. After contacting Viking to make a complaint we were informed that AES was NOT authorized to work on Viking appliances. We have disputed the charge and fully expect the charge reversal to be permanent! They are ******!

    Our ******************* Refrigerator/Freezer stopped working. We contacted AES. They came out on 4/9 Technician **** said we need to replace the Compressor, Freon Filter, Freon and a couple of other items totalling ********* He asked for a $****** deposit. Returned on Monday. Within 8 hours it did not work. Contacted him. **** said we could not fix it. I questioned why he did so much work if this was his knowledge. He said he would refund the money. I attempted to stop the checks but it was too late they had been cashed. They proceeded to say that he needed to talk to his manager and would work it out. The company's office kept passing ** back to **** and blocked my number. He texted me someone else's checks and another problem he was having similar to mine. I have said I have ************* or could take a check to no response. Another company came out and for $85.00 said there was no Freon some small pieces added to the back and said they had not touched the compressor which is actually almost impossible. My refrigerator is working because of the second company. I want a full refund as **** had promised.
