FRAUD, SCAM, CROOKS. Do not do business with these unscrupulous thieves. They set you up on an ink cartridge order then continuously send you cartridges you didn't order and threaten you to pay. They need to be shut down and jailed. They work from a Postmaster Plus aka Postal Mail Boxes in ********, **. Their website has no merchandise - all cold calling for their next victim. ******!

Do not buy from these people. It is a SCAM! The exact same situation happened to me as ******** comment below - not going to bother to retype. The do not email so there is no paper trail. Regardless - do not pay.

I was contacted a few years ago by a gentleman selling ink from this company. I had recently purchased a new printer for my small business, so I told him I'd purchase a few bottles. I received the bottles and paid for them; no problems. However, I then got another call about my next order, and I said I didn't need anymore. He said, oh, well you agreed to buy a case of ink, and that is how I got the discounted price. This was the first I'd heard any such thing (and honestly, I'm not sure how the price I paid in the first place was at much of a discount anyway). This was an ongoing thing, and finally, after receiving several shipments, I finally started really getting irritated, and they said, oh, well this is your last order and then you're done. Fine. I paid for the order. A couple months later here comes another box delivered, unsolicited. I called the company, asking them what this is; I was told I was done. Oh, no this is your last order. I told them to send me something in writing. They sent me an email that here's my last invoice and my number will just be placed in a call file, and if I need anything to call them. I paid the invoice. This was in October of 2023. This morning I get a call from an "****" who is the account supervisor saying I have to buy one more box of, like, 6-9 inks to close my account. I told him I absolutely did not; that I had been told multiple times that my account was finished, closed, etc. He said no, he was the highest up on the chain at the business and all this. I told him to email me something about my account. I waited about an hour with no response. I decided I was done waiting. I filed a report with the ************************, and then gave them a call myself. I told them about the call, told them I'd filed a report on them with the ***, that I was going to report them to the BBB and possibly contact the state attorney general's office. Let me tell you, I got a letter of account closing in about 2 minutes. ***** this company.

This company practices a predatory business model where they offer "competitive pricing" on their first invoice, then they continue to send you shipment after shipment of supplies that you did not order while insisting that you owe them for the unordered product. They blatantly use bribes to gain new customers and then try to use intimidation and coercion to get you to pay for the product you didnt order at an exorbitant mark ****** Federal trade commission regulation, any toner they send you that is not specifically ordered does not require you to pay for it, and you are under no legal obligation to ship them their product back.They also handle all communications over the phone as opposed to email to avoid any paper trail, including the total amount of product ordered from them. Case and point, we ordered 12 toner cartridges, and they sent us 82 over the course of 4 months. That initial 12 would have been a year long supply for us. Do not buy anything from this company. If you were sent product by them, dont pay for it.

This company has called my company a couple of time after being told not to call us. Monday, July 15, 2024, a sales agent called and spoke to a colleague who advised her to not call us. She then called the next day and spoke with me. She was rather pushy about giving me a quote. I decided to give her a chance and gave a printer model. She could not find the information as she said that she was new. She told me that she could get her manager on the phone to give me the quote. Shortly afterward, she said that her manager was busy and wanted to call me back. I told her that if I was not important enough to take care of during a cold pitch call, then I certainly would not be important as a customer and to never call us again. This morning, a manager who identified as **********************s called and spoke with me. I got his company name, his name, and phone number so I could research the company and report the harassment after their agents having been told twice to not call us. After running their site name through scam-detector, the results were not very good. This appears to be people conducting a toner pirate scam.

HORRIBLE!! Same thing. A staff member fell for their cold call sales pitch and accepted their toner to use. It was terrible. When they called again she was told there was already a recurring order set up and it had to be sent out. She was too soft. The second package arrived and it was accepted by mistake. Staff should have sent it back via ***** when delivery was made. But that didn't occur. This has taken MONTHS to try to deal with. Every time I call they are at lunch and try to tell me it's because they are in the pacific time zone their lunch hour will be different than mine. Even though I also am in the pacific time zone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!

Exact same experience as the other reviewers and those found on sites like scampluse. Got call to try a toner, told them only interested if I could try their MICR. Told that if we didn't like it we could return or just pay for it to keep it. Didn't get a MICR toner, just normal, and when they called me next it was to send me 4 more. When I explained they didn't send me a MICR toner and I don't want anything more they insisted they could do MICR for better than anywhere else I could get. I agreed to try one. Which now resulting a a 2nd one being sent (that I didn't want) and regular calls on when they should send me the others which I never ordered. So basically what ****************** review is exactly except with a MICR twist. The follow up calls only prove they don't mind playing the victim role in what they are doing and whatever else helps them get you to pay for things you don't want.

Scam!!! They sent me a bunch of toners i never ordered and they keep harassing me to pay the outrageous invoice. I sent them back and now they want my corporate office #. Will not give that out and will not pay the invoice

These people are nothing but SCAMMERS!!!!! I had a similar experience to everyone else. They called me asking if I would like to try their toners and they are a reasonable price so I said sure you can send one. Immediately after that I got calls asking if I liked it but I hadn't been able to try it. Then they said they had to send me 4 more because that it was I agreed to. I never agreed to that and argued with them that I did. They still sent them along with an invoice and a gift card. They try to get your money by offering these gift cards. The invoice had a charge on there for 8 toners, but I received 4. I called and complained and restated I didn't ever agree to this but I will keep the 4 because I could eventually use them but I was not paying for 8. I also asked to be put on a do not call or send list. The lady I talked to assured me that was fine and I would be taken off their list and not charged more. Then in May I get another call saying they are sending me the other 4 and another gift card. I again asked them to stop. Then again today in November, I get called again. They are trying to send me more toners, finish paying some obligation they are saying I had and send me more toners and a gift card. I again reached out and said stop, and said at this point I'm now writing a bad review. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, reached out to them multiple times to fix the issues and still struggling with them. I can't warn people enough at how terrible they are. I feel so scammed.

SCAM! Got offered a trial for toner and it was a fair price - thought I'd give it a shot. We didn't even have a chance to test them before 10 toners and an invoice appeared. I called and requested all future shipments are stopped. THE NEXT DAY 10 more show up. Honestly - how many companies can realistically go through that volume of toner? Because there was 3 years of toner in my store room I finally tested it. My printers won't even work with the toner because they are "non-geniune HP supplies". I feel scammed and taken advantage of. It is not supprising this business is not BBB Accredited.
