      On 07/19/2024 this company charged my child support card for $88.00. I have no idea how the company gained access to my information. This company is a scam. I tried to contact the company directly after seeing the charge and received no reply after 3 attempts. I contacted my card company and had to cancel the card due to it becoming compromised.

      I am seeking one of my Kajabi accounts cancelled and the money refunded (the *********************** account) and the $100 coupon to be applied to my other account (the **************** account).I received an error message at the checkout screen of purchasing a Kajabi subscription and applying a $100 off coupon for the first month of service. I tried various email addresses and credit cards to get this to work, with little success due to an error with applying the $100 coupon code at checkout. Throughout this process, I created an additional account that I was unaware of (the *********************** account), which I would like cancelled and the money refunded. I also would like the $100 coupon applied to the **************** account, as customer service assured me already was (see supporting documentation of the email thread attached), however I was billed the full amount ($199) this past week, much to my disappointment. I was also billed $99 for the account that is unwanted, which apparently had the coupon applied to it instead.Customer support has been very slow to follow up, and the original request has been increasingly lost in the handoff of my support ticket to various other reps, who misconstrue the support ticket history and nearly cancelled the wrong account.

      I subscribed to an online platform to teach classes. I lost my log in credentials and tried to set up a new account. That account required me to confirm an email from the company- which I never received- so the account was never activated or used. I eventually found the log in for the 1st account and got back into that one and was charged on 2/14/24 for 30 day subscription. I notified the company to cancel the other account as it had never been confirmed and I was not using it (this was all during the trial period) the could/would not cancel it, charged me for it 2/26/24 after my repeated attempts to cancel then cancelled the account on I was using and charged me again to re-access it on 2/29/24 A total of $597 in 2 weeks for service that is priced at $199 every 30 days. I have contacted the Business via telephone and email multiple times and received no resolution or response. I cancelled my account before the 30 day paid period as this company is dishonest and unorganized. I would like a FULL refund of all 3 fees as I had to switch to another provider.

      I joined Kajabi on 01/09/2024. On the 23rd I sold my first course for $597 via Kajabi Payments As of today I have opened two tickets trying to get a date on just the payment being released. It's been a week. No one can tell me any information. I have spent over an hour in chat with representatives to no avail.I want my payment released and I want an extra month free or discounted because this is awful.

      Kajabi ad ( entire site) attached itself to a text message that I sent to a relative. Seriously?? I have no idea where it came from, I've never heard of this business and this is unacceptable. I've never had a business slither in and actually not just text me their ad,but actually ATTACH to my personal text so I cannot block it. REMOVE my information!!

      The business offers a monthly subscription of $44 on their site and promotes it on social media. I was not able to see the offerings prior to signing up to the 1 month free. Once I received access to the site, I found that the site was not something I was interested in on a monthly basis. However, the company does not have a method on their site to cancel or change the subscription. They do not provide instructions on how to cancel the subscription. They also do not provide an avenue to adjust the method of payment. I have made 3 attempts to contact the company for a remedy through social media and email and have not received a reply to cancel the membership. The only way I can stop my subscription is by canceling my credit card. I would like my subscription cancelled without having to cancel my credit card. I would like a full refund of my $22. And I would like the business to express on the site how a customer could cancel their subscription or change method of payment to help other customers to avoid the same frustration and hassle.

      On Thursday September 29, 2022 we received notice someone was trying to change our password to log into our Kajabi membership dashboard. That was not us. Moments later we were locked out of our dashboard with no way to reset the password. My company email that I signed up for with Kajabi was bombarded with dozens of people I never heard of before calling us SCAMMERS! After reviewing those messages, it was clear someone from Metamask.io had hacked the Kajabi software and replaced our name with Metamasks.io and our address, like it was from us! They sent ****** spam emails to our subscribers asking for money, FROM US!!! Kajabi doesn't give a crap! They have ignored us. They have locked us out of a paid account with all our training videos! Kajabi is crooks... DON'T USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!! They broke all privacy laws by allowing these hackers to take over our paid account and spam everyone, two years after their first breach!!! Why didn't they protect us with 2-Factor security? Why didn't they install stronger security after the first incident in 2020? They are liable for all the damage the have done to my business. Kajabi didn't give a rats a** we were being scammed! They have IGNORED US!! They did not respond to our 15 frantic emails asking for help to access our account. All oF our students were locked out too. They are a horrible company with zero customer support! 1. They allowed this to happen - LIABILITY. 2. They did nothing to support us once it was discovered - NEGLIGENCE. 3. They don't care about ANYTHING other than pricy billing - GOUGING. PLEASE HELP US HOLD KAJABI ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE CAUSED. THEY HAVE COMPROMISED OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!

      On August 19 ***** and September 17***** kajabi growth monthly has taken ****** twice out of my account. I have no idea who they are. I have now cancelled my card and I have made a complaint with federal trade commission and the credit card company twice now.I can't contact them not sure what to do next.

      Sept. 1st. I paid 1 payment of $999. I still owe 2 more payments of $999. It sounded like I could enjoy this course of publishing books. Then I had a call from *** informing me of an accelerated course with 24/7 coaching to help me with it for 6 moths. For $7,800. I paid it and have tried to get a coach call and no one calls me. I have 2 numbers that I left messages at and I have not heard from anyone. Im requesting my money back. Can you help?
