    Hi!

    Regarding this complaint, it originated from a purchase that Mr ****** made on a site created via our platform, not a purchase of any Kajabi offerings. Additionally, while we are involved with providing technical support for these sites that our customers create and sell from, we are not involved in its management or the creation of said site's terms and conditions. Lastly, after reviewing our records, we actually se Mr ****** reaching out to us for help and we are also in communication with the site owner. From what we see, Mr ****** already filed a dispute and as such the payment can no longer be refunded until the dispute is settled even with our help.

    Date of the transaction: February 02, 2024 Amount paid: $345.00 USD What the business committed to provide:************************ subscription access for a renewed period. However, I did not request or authorize this renewal. As soon as I saw the transaction in my credit card on Feb 3 2025, I cancelled it.Nature of the dispute:The company automatically renewed my subscription without my consent and without providing clear cancellation policies on their website. I was not notified in advance or given the opportunity to opt out. When I contacted customer support requesting a refund, they refused, citing non-refundable renewal policies that were not clearly communicated beforehand.Attempts to resolve the issue:I contacted PyImageSearch customer support regarding this issue, explaining that I did not authorize the renewal. However, they refused to issue a refund, stating that their policies do not allow for it, despite the lack of clear disclosure on their website.Impact and requested resolution:I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charge. This experience has affected my trust in their business practices and will influence my decision to subscribe to any of their content in the future.     I am one of the managers of Kajabi Support. We understand that there may be concerns regarding the billing unauthorized renewal charge related to Derya Kicis course. We want to clarify that Kajabi serves solely as the hosting platform where the site and courses are uploaded. As such, we do not have control over transactions or refunds, as these are managed directly by the site owner, where they have their terms of agreement when it comes to refunds.

    I have used Kajabi for years and love the product for the all in one solution and the time it saves me with automation and integrations. Not only that, but I have raved about you for years on my blog and show and socials and even interviewed *** before. I am a student of Brendons and Chalenes for 7+ years too.However, recently a support issue has gone on for 30+ emails for a simple upgrade from Kajabi Legacy plan to the 50% off for Black Friday So I have no choice but to send here with the hopes that finally someone in management gets involved, stops this from ever happening again (imagine. how many people you lost), and celebrate my persistence in helping myself and you in this All I Wanted was to Upgrade for 50% off, ensure the Kajabi Growth Plan is correct on screenshots and links sent (see attached) and not lose any of my products and pipelines etc on my way to be a Kajabi Hero It started with not having the upgrade option on my dashboard then went on to massive complication with Over 7 people replied in confusing ways, and nothing aligned to what I asked or the screenshots I am still at not having questions answered, confusion from your team not answering with what your Kajabi growth plan has on the general website, not answering questions, and over 5 people in the pot At this point, and way before, if I was you I would give me Kajabi Free for a year or even lifetime, and refund of the last year.I will let you decide if you send me an actual email with detailed reply to the right Kajabi Growth plan and comparison to my Legacy, cost overall and per month of the upgrade 2 options for 6 months vs a year, and and correct link to do ****** will understand my ***** in not blasting your team about this everywhere AND that I am already looking into migrating away from you forever to StanStore despite 7+ years. When I pay $2,400 per year for Kajabi for 7+ years and am treated like this (and others have undoubtedly experienced this)ps see 81 pages

    I accidentally signed up for an membership and paid ****** When I was trying to get to an acct with a coach I work with. I notified them immediately. After an hour I got a ticket numer and nothing else. I left 5 phone messages. Numerous emails and nothing. I would like my money back that needs to go to my coach that I use ...she uses this service. This site is not customet friendly and their customer service is falling short. No reason I shouldn't have been contacted within a reasonable time frame. No one to speak to and no one has responded to my emails except giving me a ticket number that hasn't been resolved. It was an honest mistake. I do not have a business to use Kajabi. I will dispute with my bank but I think the BBB needs to know about this and their poor practices. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    On 07/19/2024 this company charged my child support card for $88.00. I have no idea how the company gained access to my information. This company is a scam. I tried to contact the company directly after seeing the charge and received no reply after 3 attempts. I contacted my card company and had to cancel the card due to it becoming compromised.

    I am seeking one of my Kajabi accounts cancelled and the money refunded (the *********************** account) and the $100 coupon to be applied to my other account (the **************** account).I received an error message at the checkout screen of purchasing a Kajabi subscription and applying a $100 off coupon for the first month of service. I tried various email addresses and credit cards to get this to work, with little success due to an error with applying the $100 coupon code at checkout. Throughout this process, I created an additional account that I was unaware of (the *********************** account), which I would like cancelled and the money refunded. I also would like the $100 coupon applied to the **************** account, as customer service assured me already was (see supporting documentation of the email thread attached), however I was billed the full amount ($199) this past week, much to my disappointment. I was also billed $99 for the account that is unwanted, which apparently had the coupon applied to it instead.Customer support has been very slow to follow up, and the original request has been increasingly lost in the handoff of my support ticket to various other reps, who misconstrue the support ticket history and nearly cancelled the wrong account.

    I subscribed to an online platform to teach classes. I lost my log in credentials and tried to set up a new account. That account required me to confirm an email from the company- which I never received- so the account was never activated or used. I eventually found the log in for the 1st account and got back into that one and was charged on 2/14/24 for 30 day subscription. I notified the company to cancel the other account as it had never been confirmed and I was not using it (this was all during the trial period) the could/would not cancel it, charged me for it 2/26/24 after my repeated attempts to cancel then cancelled the account on I was using and charged me again to re-access it on 2/29/24 A total of $597 in 2 weeks for service that is priced at $199 every 30 days. I have contacted the Business via telephone and email multiple times and received no resolution or response. I cancelled my account before the 30 day paid period as this company is dishonest and unorganized. I would like a FULL refund of all 3 fees as I had to switch to another provider.

    I joined Kajabi on 01/09/2024. On the 23rd I sold my first course for $597 via Kajabi Payments As of today I have opened two tickets trying to get a date on just the payment being released. It's been a week. No one can tell me any information. I have spent over an hour in chat with representatives to no avail.I want my payment released and I want an extra month free or discounted because this is awful.

    Kajabi ad ( entire site) attached itself to a text message that I sent to a relative. Seriously?? I have no idea where it came from, I've never heard of this business and this is unacceptable. I've never had a business slither in and actually not just text me their ad,but actually ATTACH to my personal text so I cannot block it. REMOVE my information!!
