I ordered 2 sound speakers manufactured by SounDXT deal price; $19.99 from the Fox and Friends show and website Mega Morning Deals. I ordered around November 22/23 2023. Upon checking I received no notice of the order but on checking my bank statement the payment was taken out of my account on 11/24/2023 from SP Megamorning Valley Village. I have tried contacting the company on their website there is no way to check on an order on site. The phone they give: ************ does not let your call go through and ends the call!!!!Business Response

We are not sure why this customer can't reach us - our phones are working and we are answering calls daily from 9am to 5pm ET. Further, if we are unable to answer customer should be able to leave a message.

Customer was sent a system generated email confirmation upon completion of this order, and a shipment notification upon shipment of the order. However, according to our system records, these notifications were not delivered, possibly due to an incorrect email address.

On August 3, 2023 I purchased from Mega Morning Deals thru FOX a *********** 3.Once I received it I realized the *********** was much too heavy to exercise with and wanted to return it. I have contacted them looking for an address to return this item. I have contacted them and least six times for their address - to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM MEGA MORNING DEALS..I placed an order from MegaMorning deals and never received what I ordered. I ordered from them on 7/19/23 when they were selling a blowout brush on the ************* morning show. They charged my credit card along with shipping and handling and I never received it. I called, and then emailed on 7/28/23 asking about the status of my order and they replied by email saying allow 5-7 business days to ship and I should receive an email within ***** business hours with tracking information. I never received an email with tracking information as they said. I still have not received any information about my order. They do not honor refunds, nor will they give you one. They are a SCAM!!!! I cant believe Fox and Friends Morning Show would have them promote and sell their products on their show to people when they are truly scamming people out of their hard earned money. Im not rich, and I thought I was getting something at a good price from a reputable company, especially since Fox and Friends were promoting them on their show. Boy was I wrong! THEY ARE SUCH A FRAUD!!! PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM MegaMorning Deals!Business Response

Order was placed on July 19, and was delivered on August 9, which is actually an unusually long time for this order to take to arrive, but according to the available tracking information, it was delivered.
Complaint was posted to BBB by customer on August 7, so still before the order was received. We understand this customer's dissatisfaction with this interaction.A system generated email should have been automatically sent to this customer once the order was en route; we are reaching out to our fulfillment team to see if this did happen, and will provide our feedback as soon as we receive a response.
If this message was not sent we apologize for the lack of communication and for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the delivery of this item.
If this order still has not been received, we will gladly issue a full refund to this customer.

I ordered a purse (blue and white) from Mega Morning Deals on March 19, 2023. On April 10, I e-mail them to find out WHY they had not shipped my item...they replied they needed to verify my address (had already given my PO Box # AND my physical address). So again told them my addresses. They then shipped the item. I was tracking it and went to pick this item up today (4-14-23). I refused it because they wanted me to pay postage of $16.30....not only that....the name was not even my name! and yes...it was a purse because you could feel the shape etc. So the postal employee opened it up...it was a PINK purse!!! I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I will never, ever do business with this company again! Don't know if my complaining to BBB will do any good since Mega Morning Deals isn't listed with BBB.Business Response

3 weeks ago I ordered from morning mega deals 2 roomba like floor cleaners for 97 dollars each. I final got one of them. It is a useless item. There was no discription of item and my fault I fell for it. Try to return. Was told thatvI could not. It never said on purchase order that it couldnt be returned. In fact there was a link labeled returns and refunds. I assumed that they were allowed. 200 bucks is a lot to forget about. The fact is they are selling bogus products that are junk and don't work. They should be ashamed of themselves and shut down. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Its not like money is easy to come by these days, and they know it.
