These guys are crooks. Poor alterations, poor quality of clothing. High prices because they give off the presentation of quality. I was charged an exorbitant amount for pants and then had unnecessary alterations in the waist resulting in none of them fitting properly. I could not even clasp the pants. I went in to return them and the manager, ******, was atrociously **** and unhelpful with regards to an exchange or return. He is also the one who helped me with my fitting, which I deeply regret. They will pull the card that they cannot return pants because of alterations, even if they rush you into purchasing their overpriced clothing. This place has the nice coating of quality, but underneath it's just an unethical sales tactic to provide $30 pants for $200. These guys are sincerely awful.Review from Damon M

**** the employee that showed me the suits assured me that they could order my size and have it delivered to the store. On 2nd thought after reviewing other similar priced suits NOT MADE IN ***** I changed my mind in less than 24 hours and sent a cancellation email through the website, this was anout 18 hours at this point and at no point when asked did **** say this was a binding agreement. This suit was going to be sent to the store, basically like they were just restocking a size they were out of.I called, several minutes before closing, and nobody would pick up the phone nor call me back, nor let me leave a message, I will be disputing this charge on my Apple Card, and launching a formal complaint against Suitsupply on every website available to me, the quality of these suits are a joke, just pick up one of their shoes and you will know the suits are of similar quality, you can get better shoes at **********, these shoes aren't even the quality of ********************* or *************************, so how good can a suit be if that is the shoe they intend their suits to be with rn with
