    Please do not buy these shoes. Most uncomfortable shoe I have ever wore. They promise a 45 day return, you will have to be ready for a long battle. Beware!

    Theses shoes are poorly made and did not help my plantar fasciitis. I had been in contact with them several times, and they always responded quickly and politely until I asked for a refund! Now I can not get them to respond to me. Their website plainly states, " 45 day wear free, and easy/free returns." I have emailed them 3 times with no response. Do not buy from this company.

    I purchased shoes from this company because I saw they had a 45-day 100% money-back guarantee. I have been trying to return them because they were extremely uncomfortable. The website says to use the Contact Us page for directions on returning the product. So, I provided my order number and asked for directions to return them. The customer service agent then asked me why I wanted to return the shoes. I told her they were uncomfortable and again asked how to return them. After going a whole day without a reply, I emailed her again, asking how to return the shoes. She replied that she would give me free insoles and compression socks or that I could donate the shoes and receive a 30% refund. She claimed they were a sustainable company and did not want to throw the shoes away upon inspection. This company is fraudulent and lies about its return policy.

    If I could give them a zero rating I would. ************ is unethical and uses a close to bait and switch approach. My experience was the shoes that I ordered took forever and when they did arrive the fit was not right. I requested a refund per their stated refund policy. Once you ask for a refund they tell you to fill out the contact form which I did and they will send the return shipping information for the full refund (which they never sent). I was told I could either try another size or take only a 30 percent refund (INSTEAD OF A FULL REFUND.) ************ needs to be stopped!!

    This company is definitely a SCAM. Shoes fit terrible, arch supports are almost non-existent and positioned in the wrong place. The toes are narrow, there is no support in the structure of the shoe and they hurt my feet. And, there is NO REFUND POLICY as stated in their ads for 45-day return/refund. They try to get you to accept a "free" pair with no refund, or compression socks! What? Or then donate to ************** and send them the receipt. ************** does not issue specific receipts for donations. This company needs to be shut down. It deserves less than ZERO rating.

    On 10/25/24, I ordered the Midnight Black, Size US 6 from Comfort Wear, online, in the amount of $51.75, (on sale). The money was taken out of my Checking account on 10/31/24 at 6:20 AM however, I haven't received a tracking number or an order number. Instead, I have received 3 emails stating, *********** We have received your order." I have also received an email stating that I should purchase an additional pair of shoes that I'm not interested in. On 10/27/24, 6:57 PM. I received the following email: //ComfortWear Support Sun, Oct 27, 6:57PM (5 days ago)Hi ****,Thanks for reaching out.I have checked your order and you got the right ******** ordered Ortho Stretch Cushion Shoes - Midnight Black / US Women 6.Thank you for your support and have a wonderful day!Christos, Customer Service ********************** ******************** //Today, 11/1/24, I sent 2 emails to Comfort Wear. The most recent was at 12:46 PM. I stated that I want to cancel my order & receive a full refund in the amount of $51.75.

    This place is a total scam. They offer a full refund, a full refund OK. They were too narrow for my feet, I cannot wear them. They offered me two solutions take 30 percent and compression socks or another pair of shoes which I want either. They wa t you to return them to a donation center and get a donation slip. I have never heard of such a thing to get a refund which I doubt you will see. They said if I put a hold on my CC it would be considered theft which in my point of view is exactly what they are doing. This place needs investigation. We are looking for some for our troubled feet and we get a hassle that is one more source of stress. I will fight this, I believe this company should be held liable. Shut down or reorganized, taking advantage of people with health conditions is the lowest. How many people have they done this. Those people on the site are actors and liars

    I bought shoes from Comfortwear and they did not offer the support I need. I contacted their customer service to return them for a refund and was told to wear them and report back after 45 days. I explained that the shoes did not fit me correctly and I wanted to return them and not wear them. I got an email that if I took the shoes and donated them to a ************** store they would offer me a credit. I am 2 hours away from a ************** Store so I was told I could take the shoes to a Goodwill and donate them. I failed to get a donation slip and they would not honor the return. I had donated the shoes to a place that was hard hit by a recent storm so that was ok that someone would benefit. But beware about ordering from this company they are not reputable.******* C

    They are horrible! They refuse to accept returns and want you to donate the shoes to get a refund or return the shoes for 30% refund, or keep the shoes and get 2 pair free. Why would I want more if what I ordered hurt my feet! Also, try finding out where to send the donation slip and you will not get a reply! They are a scam!!! The company should be shut down.Only put one star because I could not put zero.

    I ordered the normal size shoes and received them and dont fit. I paid a few dollars extra to get them shipped soon and it took them from July 31st to August 13. I been offered 30 percent refund off of two pairs of shoes and socks for my inconvenience or a free pair of shoes. The shoes are suppose to be slip resistant and looking at the bottom of shoes , they are nothing but plastic and no way they are slip resistant. I stated I wanted a refund and they are dancing circles around me. I should have read all the reviews. I wasted money on two pairs of shoes I cannot wear.
