    I made an appointment about 1 month ago, 1 days before the appointment I receive a voicemail that we need to reschedule the night before. this was yesterday. With Covid they are understaffed. I wish we were notified in a timely manner, not the night before. A crown fell out so we’ve been waiting a month to get in, and still had no issue just wanted to reschedule. I called today April 20th @ 11:18am to reschedule, and immediately Irma tells me how it’s my fault for not calling in at 8am. She said she would rather just cancel our appointment and put someone else in who would respond immediately to texts and calls. I told her we were already informed we need to reschedule we were informed last minute that it was canceled and that’s all I’m trying to do here, I don’t know why she’s blaming me telling me she doesn’t care about servicing me and others are more important. She was extremely rude, making excuses of why it isn’t her fault but ours. I repeat that I understand you’re understaffed but I just want to reschedule as requested from you. Over all we didn’t complain at all. Just wanted to reschedule and if we’re being honest here, Irma is the one who called us last minute to tell us they won’t be able to honor the appointment. At minimum we expected at least 48 hours in advanced? Or 24 hours in advanced. We got a call at almost 4pm when we were scheduled for the next day at 8am. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t be able to get us in first thing in the morning when we scheduled it a month in advanced. I asked for Irma’s name. And she put me on hold. To just give me her name? I’m not sure if it is her name anymore but if anyone is going to do anything about how terrible the customer service was, she’s working at Visalia ABC Dental 04.20.22 @ 11:18am. She says her name is Irma. We would love corporates number. A customer shouldn’t feel undervalued when they are calling just to reschedule at the fault of yours.
