Horrible absolutely horrible. The lies of how long it takes them to process a refund is ridiculously. When you inquire about a refund it seems to take longer ... they have no right to hold other peoples money hostage.Customer service is non existing. DO NOT USE , find a different company.

    Dear *******************,

We continuously strive to improve our processes based on the feedback provided and we really appreciate your feedback while we look at the refund process.

As confirmed in the communications between yourself and our Customer Support Team, refunds take ***** days to flow through the banking system and appear on the payers card. Funds must be received from the merchants account first and upon Yapstones receipt of the funds from the merchants account, the funds are transferred to your card.
I confirm that your refund is now processed and you should receive it in the nex 2-3 days.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Sincerely
    Yapstone Escalation & Complaints Team

If I could do a **** star I would. This company is ridiculous. Their agents are untrained. Their system archaic. Cannot resolve issues with them because you cant get in touch with anyone. Lodging a BBB complaint. Do NOT use them with VRBO.

We advise anyone against using Vacation Rent Payment (Yapstone). They are one of many credit card processing companies, so you have many options. We used them for our vacation rentals, for bookings directly from our website as well as those that came from VRBO, as this was who our website company suggested. First off, their fees are too high in comparison to others. The reason we write this review however is because they refused to file a corrected ****K for our 2021 taxes. Yes we had not updated our information in time (updated first week in March and they filed in February - still in time technically), but when we let them know we could not complete our 2021 taxes until they would send 1 corrected form and 1 new form using our business name and EIN to the **** they said they already filed and it's our responsibility to have the info correct. After a lot of back and forth, they still refused to file the 1 corrected form and 1 new form. They flat out refused to fulfill their *** duties and responsibilities, as only they who provide a **** can file a corrected ****. As a business ourselves, we have had to file corrections before. It's really no big deal, which is why we were so blown away by their refusal. We were stuck having to file our new S-Corp taxes under an individual, and try to explain to the *** why this is happening, which of course only makes our new business look bad. For the record, 3 other companies we made this request to all completed the corrected forms and provided copies before our 2021 tax year extension was over. We had 3 now under the new business, and were left to explain why 1 was under an individual. This was over 400K, and completely messed up our new SCorp, and the 1 individuals taxes who they filed under originally. How could they just refuse to fulfill their corporate responsibilities of filing tax forms? Totally mind blowing! Just a horrible experience with VRP (Yapstone), and Good riddance.

Dear ************, We appreciate your feedback and we continuously strive to improve our processes, services, and customers' experience based on the feedback provided. As confirmed in the communications between yourself and our Customer Support Team, the ****** that was issued to you in 2022 is reflective of the transactions that were processed through your payments account (under your personal SSN) in 2021. This is based on the information that was provided when you applied for our services. As a payment settlement entity, we (Yapstone, DBA VacationRentPayment) are obligated to report processing volumes under the information provided by a customer at the time of onboarding.During the application process, you will be asked if you are applying as an individual or a business and the relevant documentation and information will be required. If at any time your information changes (e.g. tax entity, business address, contact/personnel changes, etc.), it is your responsibility to advise us as soon as possible so that we may update your account accordingly. In the case of a change of tax entity, a new account will need to be created under the new individual/business details. This ensures a cutoff point for payment processing between the two entities, which is especially important in terms of IRS reporting. Any transactions processed through the original account will be reported under the original entity, and transactions processed through the new account will be reported under the new entity. In order for your updated **Corp details to be applied to any payment reporting or ****-K forms issued going forward, please continue working with our Support Team to set up a new account under the **Corp information. We hope this information is helpful. Sincerely Yapstone *********************** Team
