    This business was being advertised on social media and in my email. I attempted to order a dress for my daughter homecoming. Order was done month and half in advance. Been going back and forth with the company. Showing evidence of none delivery and trying to get my money returned to me. I keep getting the run around.

    We ordered a dress and got an alert that it was delivered. Even though it says our delivery address address was *******, ******, it was delivered to *************. When I contacted the company to ask about the item, they said it was delivered, and there was no further action necessary. Please see attached documents. I requested a refund and they said they have to investigate.

    On June 1, I placed an order for two mens shirts. The total price was $58 and the delivery was supposed to take 7 to 10 days. On 5 July, when I still hadnt received my shirts, I attempted to track the order and found out that they are claiming the shirts are being returned to the merchant per customer request, which is a total lie. I have tried to contact Royaura. The only contact I can find on their website is to send a request for them to look into my issue through their website but every single time I try to send it it wont send. So I have no way to contact the merchant.

    I order an Aloha shirt on January 15, 2024 for my sons birthday. I paid the extra fee to have it shipped urgent to get here. I paid ***** plus tax for the shirt and the additional amount for quick mailing.I have never received the shirt.I have tried calling but the voicemail is full. I have emailed them and no one has responded. I have tried the link to the shipping number, but it goes to a suspicious carrier website and doesn't show any update. They are supposed to ship from ********, ********** to my home in ****.I want to have the shirt and I want people who try to order to know they may not get their item.

    Bought 4 shirts from this company. Quality was horrible. Returned them as stated on their website Royaura.com. Never received a refund. Contacted them 3 times. They wont send a refund unless I give them a tracking number. Additionally, their website wont let you leave a review. Every one of their products have 5 star reviews because they write the review themselves

    Purchased a shirt ($25.98) from "Royaura.com" Order # DHDDF00261113, 2024/1/3 3:32:46, via my **** Debit Card. Royaura web page shows the tracking number is SF6043931905819. Shows package arrived in ******, ** on 2024/1/9, 43 miles from my home, nearly 2 weeks later and no delivery. Web Page shows "contact **" with phone number *************) is to a private individual living in ********, ********** - and he is angry over the constant phone calls about this company to his phone number! "Contact **. We will contact you within 24 hours", no return response within the past 6 days of daily contacting web page.

    I recently ordered items from your website and my money was withdrawn from my account. The package ever arrived and the site is still showing processing. I wanted and needed my package before Dec 1st. The reviews shows a 2 star company. Never will I buy anything else from your company. I will be contacting the *** regarding the treatment to your customers. As, well as fraud because your taking people money and not delivering orders.

    Product quality is very poor. I returned 2 shirts and no refund was offered.

    We haven't get the buyers return pacakge  and buyer haven't  offered  the return tracking number, so we haven't refund to the buyer.
