  I recently purchased an item that was damaged upon receiving it. The "customer service" repeatedly spoke down to me saying it was my fault and that I didn't install it properly (I have been doing this for years.) After days of back and forth with the extremely demeaning customer service, I was told (I have screenshots of all emails if anyone cares to see) that they would be providing a replacement. About two hours later I received an email stating that they actually "decided not to" because it was the customer's (me) fault. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and how they handled this situation over a 40$ item. I would NEVER recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company. Absolute joke. If one person reads this and avoids them, I will be happy to know I saved at least somebody from dealing with these scam artists.

  I placed an order with them on 02/05/2024. The product I was purchasing was listed as available on their website, but they wrote to me that same day that it's out of stock and offered me a few options: - to wait until it's back in stock (no ETA given, could be forever);- choose another product;- get store credit. I decided to cancel the whole purchase because I found a better product elsewhere. It took a bit of back and forth via email with them to actually convince them to refund me. I confirm the experience of other reviewers on this page that they don't answer their customer service phone in the hours listed, so all of my communication with them went through email.Once they agreed to refund me, they said that the refund can take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days. I waited 10 business days and no refund showed up. I wrote to them again and threatened to report the transaction to my credit company. They responded right away with an email listing a "transaction ID" for the supposed refund. 6 days later no refund showed up either. I reported this transaction to my credit card company and am writing a review here as a warning to people who'd want to purchase from them. Just don't. Go with either Evike or Taiwan Gun. Never had a problem with either of these stores: I purchased quite a few items from them and had to do returns as well. Never a problem, always clear instructions and good communication about orders.

  It is highly recommended that you avoid ordering from these people at all costs. One of my acquaintances recently ordered a product labeled as "new" but upon receiving it, noticed visible damage and signs of prior use. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via the phone numbers and email listed on their website, no one has yet bothered to respond or picked up the phone. They do not have customer service and you will be nothing but frustrated if you do purchase something and your order is wrong. Unless you want to waste your time and money with no guarantee of a response, steer clear of these individuals. I might consider changing this review if they were to respond to the email and 30+ phone calls over 1 week during business hours.

  Airsoft GI allows customers to place orders but the only way to cancel and modify is to call their listed number XXX XXX -XXXX for **************** dial 11 with no email or online chat option. They don't answer their phones during listed business hours I have attempted to call 35 times at different points throughout the day. No answer no other option. Horrible company experience. If you made your purchase with a debit card you can cancel the purchase with your bank.
