Disappointed in myself for trying this company. REG FLAGS: 1) When you do not see hair model videos stating the name of the company and showing the box 2) LOTS OF AI generated images. I ordered a wig on 10/10/2024 after reading the shipping policy denoting that I would receive it within 2-4 days. Fast forward to 10/24 and my wig had NOT been shipped. I needed for an event and literally emailed asking to cancel the delivery. The reply was that they were going to ship it soon, but it was a custom order (nothing fancy about this wig; natural un-dyed *** with messy waves). I received the wig on 10/31 and it was nothing like the picture. I immediately contacted them THE SAME DAY to initiate a refund, not an exchange. I have been going back and forth them since to 10/31. Although responsive, they are trying to get me to wear/wash/style the wig which goes against their refund policy. The wig has not been altered/manipulated and is still in the original packaging. I even sent pictures to them as proof. I purchased the wig using Affirm and started a dispute for a refund. I hoping that Affirm resolves the dispute in my favor and realizes this is a scam. I wish I had paid with ******. This is ridiculous.Review from Theresa B

I would LOVE to give this company a 0 star because that's exactly what they deserve. I Like Hair is a China base company with FOUL, LYING, REPULSIVE, AWFUL, SUBSTANDARD, IMMORAL business practices!!! They are essentially SCAMMERS of the worst kind!! My experience is like most who commented on here, BUT I ordered my wig using my ****** account. I went back and forth with emails from Ilikehair which help build my case with ****** when I submitted all my emails and shipping receipts. I open my Complaint Case on 9/17/24 and it closed on 9/25/24 IN MY FAVOR!!!! My money was reimbursed back to my ****** Account the same day 9/25/24. Here's a useful tip: Always order through ****** because they will fight for their customers!!Review from Rhonda L

Terrible customer service. It has been over a month since *** requested a full refund for my unit. They have been unresponsive to my Request even after receiving tracking for the **** package. I still have payments. I have to pay through a firm because of their negligence..Review from Karan S

This company is all about getting your money for substandard products, and making sure getting a "reduced" refund will cost YOU a significant amount of effort on your part! I will never buy another thing from ilikehair.com, and has told everyone I know my horrible experience with them, as well.Review from Wynoka M

I recently purchased a wig from Ilikehair, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The wig I received was fuzzy, untamed, and completely unwearable. Following their return policy, I contacted the company and provided pictures as required.However, I never received the return address needed to send the wig back. Instead, I was given the run-around by the vendor. It became clear that their return policy is a scam, designed to appear legitimate and compliant with US consumer regulations but failing to actually support returns.The wigs are shipped from factories in *****, which explains the absence of a return address label. This tactic unfairly locks customers into keeping a substandard product because they have no means to return it.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly advise against using Ilikehair. Their practices are extremely shady, and they do not honor their return policy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.Review from Renesha R

I have had the worst experience with Ilikehair i ordered a ombr brown hair wig and received a smelly, frizzy blonde wig. I have emailed them and they keep giving the same excuse that the right wig was shipped and they can only refund me $30 after spending $209 on this wig. I even provided photos showing the difference. I am currently still disputing this purchase with ****** and hopefully they get me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! ScammersReview from Anne C

I ordered a wig it was not the right one, I reached out the same day wanting to make an exchange they have been giving me the run around for almost a week now instead of giving me the information to start the return/refund process. I need it for May 5th and the wasted so much time by responding once a day or every other day trying to convince to keep the hair that I dont want. I made it very clearly that I only want to spend my money on the hair that I want they are still giving me the run around and no returning addressReview from Deneille S

On 3/27/24 I placed an order with this company for a ***** coily curly wig. 20 inches I paid $239 here is my order number #IW41267. I received my wig on 4/5/24. What I received was not what I ordered this hair is not ***** coily and it is not 20 inches. This is a scam and fraud. This company duped me. I am in correspondence for a refund and a return label so I can send this wig back for a full refund. At the moment the company is trying to deflect and does not want to send me a return label. This is a nightmare.
