      Horrible customer service. Phone never answers. Takes weeks for them to fulfill an order and then they charge much more than it costs to ship it. Only thing good about them is their tools are cheap however usually the quality leaves much to be desired. After you wait a month or so for them to fulfill an online order one then has to wait for it to be picked up by the "slowest" shipping method they can find! If it weren't for the price, their online ordering system would stop. Better to pick it up in one of their stores if you can.

      This store lies to you and has no remorse. I got an email soliciting me telling me that the item i was interested in is on stock again at my local store. If you call the **************************************************************************************************************************************** stock on their website. Not only did I do that which was on the 4th of july but I also called the store before leaving my house which I was told it was in stock. Once at the store first I was told that they don't have it in stock and they checked online and it does show its in stock. Then the story changed to if somebody pre-ordered the trailer and it comes to the store for them to pick it up it will reflect the stores inventory online. I never heard of such a fish tail in my life with any other business. I have called to complain only to be told I have to wait 2 weeks for the district manager to call me which it really took two weeks and the district manager had no clue of any details of my situation and informed me they would call me back tomorrow once they where at the store. Next day I get the call from the district manager who then tells me the same fish tail store the store manager told me which doesn't make any sense. You guys are false advertising and wasting customers time. The store is an hour from my house and I wasted 2.5 hours of my life on the 4th of July due to false advertisement. The process is horrible to wait two weeks which was actually 2.5 weeks to have this situation addressed. Now I'm waiting another 2.5 weeks to speak with the next higher up with is the regional manager and still have not gotten a call yet. I had to reach out to corporate which I am told that the regional will call within a few days. Any other business you can get a Manger within minutes. Not harbor freight, their system is set up to make the customer frustrated and give up from waiting for a call back.

      I just bought 8750 generator and am considering returning it because I can't get anyone at HF to answer a phone. I called store #XXXXX in Winston-Salem, NC five times only to be hung up on before speaking with anyone. I then called what I thought was HF customer service and got a company answering the phone Medical Alert Center. A 888 Toll free number with 444 then ending with 3353. All that I wanted was for HF to stop sending me the same receipts in my email over and over again. It really says something about a company who won't even answer the phone. Oh, and the free buckets that you can have with a purchase, they had none when I went today.

      i purchased a 30 " 5 Drawer Mechanics cart made by US General, took two 120 mile round trips to get this ad item . Once I got home with it and started putting it together I discovered it to be missiing a few parts. I called the store in Medford where it was purchased and explained my problems to the manager. She called the Yreka store where I live to see if they had the same cart in stock. They did and she said they would just be able to give me the missing parts. So I drove to the Yreka store with my receipt and the parts list for the Cart. The manager at the yreka store (Edward) was unwilling to give me the missing parts , He pointed to the cart manual where it showed a phone number to call if anything was missing. I called that number and the habor freight rep on the line said they did not have those parts and maybe I could look on EBAY. I will be returning the item for a refund and will no longer buy anything from Harbor Freight.

      Horrible customer service experience. During the difficult time and a time where it was not needed the most customer service employee at the location in Greeley Colorado made me feel disrespected in the most humane way. The employees including the manager himself have a smirky and sarcastic attitude and when I address the manager to get a resolution to this problem he just brushed it off and made it seem like what I felt did not matter at all as a customer I will never go back there I will suggest nobody else go back there as well this place is being run down because of the customer service experiences.

      I'm trying to get a refund. They are giving me some lame excuse as to why I can't get my debit card refunded. I knew I should have read the reviews first. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!!!
