I got with Farmers Insurance in March after leaving North Star. Not only did someone fat finger account info to where they have the account that it's supposed to have payment withdrawn from so it comes up as 'account doesn't exist' but they did NOT listen to me and put both vehicles on liability and no roadside assistance rather than full coverage WITH roadside assistance. I have to foot an almost $300 tow bill AND now they're saying they're canceling policy on May 8th because I'm overdue and owe $326? Yeah, go f*** yourselves you stupid b******* Steer clear of these asshats and drive these ******* out of business!

On television commercials, the ******** website, ***************** etc. the New Car Pledge/Vehicle Replacement Plus states that New Car Replacement Farmers will pay the cost to replace your car with a new one of the same make and model available when your car is totaled within the first two model years and ****** miles (minus your deductible). Last month my 2024 Palisade was totaled at *****. While I "qualify" for a Replacement under the endorsement, the total loss adjuster stated because you have a loan we pay the lender and "you get nothing". There is no fine print that states that new car financed under the endorsement won't actually recieve a new car. How deceptive is that? Most new cars are financed. It would make more sense if it was called new car assistance and hopefully there's money left over towards the next car. I went on several insurance carrier websites and probably after being sued they have added very detailed explanations on how the coverage is applied and how the process works. What they sell and what they provide are 2 different things. I'm sure I'm not they first ,but they drag things out in hopes that you give up and take what they offer. Buyers beware!

I was explained that if I signed this release, I would be able to be seen for the injury if needed. I had ******** ****** on speaker with my husband and I when I asked "so if I sign this release with a bare minimum of 1300 for pain, hypothetically if I need to be seen in a few months, that's something that's covered by this, correct?" She said it was correct because the injury was caused by their customer. Come to find out, neither of us ever asked questions and she never would explain it like that. As it took 3 weeks to even hear from them after the accident and then rushed through it at 8 pm at night.

A Farmers Insurance customer was hauling some junk on his truck and debris from the truck broke my windshield, damaged the top and sides of my car. The claims adjuster ******** ******* was handling my claim. She was nice, and inexperienced, and did say that someone else might have to help me, but that was March 31, and I had to use my insurance because after 15 days I was advised that the company wont respond so they reassigned my claim to someone named *****, very rude and unprofessional. She told me that she had to send the company a letter and I have to wait another 15 days and my car probably will not get fix because it doesnt look like he was covered. They knew this when I gave them his name, telephone number, police report and everything in March. I have charged over $1,ooo in rental fees that Farmers isnt going to pay. This whole situation is awful and Farmers Insurance *****.

Farmers May be the cheapest but I strongly suggest you look for a better insurance then farmers. April 1 when water happen and April 2 when spoke to ***** at farmers and It has been 17 days since I had water damage happen to our property and yet to see a resolution. I have spoken to *** Spari with ************ ***** my insurance agent at ************************************************ and no call back no real knowledge of what to do without her having to ask supervisor *******. Both restoration company that were sent out by ***** and *** have both stated issues at had as well as health concerns because of type of water damage and still no real concern nor assistance from my insurance agent nor claims department. **************** is the worst , we are not taken care of with importance. Seems like insurance agents are not that knowledgeable . submitting a complaint with distract managers and claims dept supervisor!

First of all their app is the worst. Provides little information including the amount of your next bill which is somethin probably want to know because what is told to you over the phone is not the same as what you will be billed for. Their customer service is the worst. Songz made it a point to talk over me and then try to explain basic math like I'm an idiot. Drop that company that day and changed insurance companies.

I don't recommend Farmers at all. On 4/10/25, I simply wanted to change my policy. They gave me false information! I had requested a lower value for my dwelling, then I received a letter stating I needed a "replacement cost calculation submission", I called and "****" did the calculation, which came up with a replacement value of $1.3 Million. the valuation that was on the policy when it was renewed last month was $590K. This on a house that Zillow valued at $181,500. **** stated that I was not currently covered after I stated this was too high and I asked if I was currently covered. Then I asked what the premium would be with the replacement value of $1.3 Million. **** put me on hold for 10 minutes, came back and stated that the system was not able to produce a quote. Then a few minutes later, talking to "Zininzi", the coverage was confirmed active, and trying again to get a lower replacement value. we submitted another request, or tried to. Zininzi never gave me a request #.I asked what it would cost monthly to have comprehensive added, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, and the call dropped.Zininzi never called back, even though a callback number for this matter was provided.Almost every question caused long holds with both agents.Neither agent seemed to proficiently understand the issues, or to care about what they were doing.

They will charge you $15-$20 one time a month until your policy is done. Dont let farmers insurance legally steal your money.

I have provided the insured a breakdown as to what caused the $15.00 late fee and the $20 returned check fee.
