5 stars*** used 3 other tax companies that did nothing for me. Federal tax was the best help over ever gotten. I had in filed taxes dating back to 2010 and owed over *********. After 30 days of relentless efforts, I can finally breathe a sigh of relief! federal tax group has reduced my IRS debt, which had been keeping me up at night, from a staggering ******* to a mere *****. I am grateful for reaching out and trusting. I had a hunch that the my previous tax preparer had made a mistake, and I was relieved to know that federal tax group promptly audited my taxes and fixed the mistake

I almost had a heart attack when I received the *** letter stating that owed money. Thank God after getting help from their tax attorney, I was able to settle my account and get monthly payments I can afford. They understood my financial hardship and charged me accordingly ??Federal Tax Law Group

I am so frustrated with this company. I hired them to assist me with unfilled past taxes. I would email/fax them info and they would act like they did not receive information.I was constantly given a new person to handle my case without my knowledge.Federal- they would only do some years and when I called asking about state and other years they wanted to take care of other years without these being resolved/what would be resolution.State taxes for those years not addressed.Still frustrated and out of ALOT of money and confused and frustrated because letters from *** continue and afraid I will lose everything.Federal Tax Law Group

Terrible Experience Fed Tax Law Group Ruined My Credit Score!I had a horrible experience with Federal Tax Law Group. I initially set up a payment plan with them, hoping they would help me get back on track with my tax issues. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse.Due to unexpected financial difficulties, I couldnt meet the terms of the payment plan I had agreed to. Their solution was to extend my payment plan which would have added many thousands of dollars to my payment plan with them. Instead of helping me, they reported my missed payments to the credit bureaus, which completely ruined my credit score. I was already struggling, and this only made things much harder for **** tried reaching out to their customer service team to explain my situation and see if we could come up with a more manageable plan, but they were not budging and dismissive. There was no flexibility or understanding, and it felt like they were only concerned with their own interests, not my financial well-being.I RECOMMEND Precision Tax Relief. The representative took the time to give me options and tell me what could not be accomplished. He said in my situation, my taxes cannot be abated and explained that I could do the work with the *** myself and save money. Ultimately, I hired Precision Tax Relief for $8000 vs Fed Tax Law Group $12,650 for the same work AND their payment plan is INTEREST FREE! Wow.I would strongly caution anyone considering Federal Tax Law Group to call another company!. They didn't offer good support when I needed it most and ended up making a tough situation much worse. My credit score is now damaged, and I am left dealing with the fallout. Very disappointing and frustrating after paying $1800 to them so far.Federal Tax Law Group

****** ********** was very prompt in getting back to me regarding this stressful process. Very friendly on the phone. She was able to get in touch with the *** and CA FTB. The only reason I gave 3 stars, is that the **** did not explain anything before hand or in writing. I had no idea that being in non collectible status would place liens on my home or the homes I inherited through probate. Also, **** has quite a few case managers who do not return phone calls, especially ****** East, There is no warning when they charge your case managers. **** tax preparer, did not attach my 1095-B to the CA FTB. I had all these penalties for not having health insurance when I had submitted them to *****Back to the positive, my case manager (the last one **** assigned to me) ****** was helpful and made it bearable in this stressful financial time.Federal Tax Law Group

Originally hired this company in 2021 for $7800 to help with an IRS tax issue. They have barely made communication attempts via email. They lied to me from the initial phone call about what they promised to help me with. Fast forward to 2025 and still have no answers. Now we are much further in with the *** due to this companies negligence to do what I paid them for! I have now asked for a refund because I have hired an attorney to help me out, which have layed out a real plan written out in detail. Do not trust this company to help as they are lazy, incompetent, and a Complete SCAM! Read BBB reviews before hiring this company! P.S. I would like a full refund for your non-services asap!
