Called this towing company after I hit guard rail. About ********************** another accident happened. My car was off the road, when tow truck arrived, he moved it in the lane, left me sitting there so he could go to other accident and said I needed another truck. Company sent another truck and they charged me twice

The customer called first for a winching service to lift his vehicle off the guard rail and onto the road. The Tower completed the service and collected payment and left the scene. The customer then realized his vehicle did not operate so called for a second towing service to tow his vehicle to his requested location. This second service was completed satisfactory and paid for.Hence two separate services were requested by the customer and paid for separately. Since this time the customer has declined payments for the two separately invoiced services.The Operations Manager did reach out via phone and left a voice message to reach out regarding the declined credit card transaction and failed to receive any response.Knob Hill Towing Response

It has also transpired that the Customer potentially caused the accident that the first tower responded to. The Police are investigating the causes for accidents and DUI maybe a cause.
