    I paid for my order and never received my order. They didnt even process it and Ive sent emails and they wont refund me. They said it takes ***** days to process and its been over 25 days with no processing. They take people money and dont ship out the goods.

    I ordered a large box called the heart and Soul on 1/2/2024. They have responded with no emails in the last 2 weeks. I received a tracking number that doesnt go to anything and been given the run around at e Rey turn. Its was supposed to be her between Monday and Today and yet, the info only, NO PACKAGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Huge Scam

    My brother, ***** *****, ordered a package from Kandy Seoul, $44.00 on Jan.3rd, 2025. I have emailed them twice and they still say it is still being processed. There policy is maximum 21 days to process. It has been longer than 21 days. They will not give an update as to when it will be processed or sent out. The order number is 1463 and it was ordered by my brother ***** ***** ****************** At this point I just want his money refunded to him. This is a scam company.

Your order was shipped today, corresponding to the 19th business day of this period.


    We are pleased to offer you a refund and will initiate the interception of the package. I trust this clarification resolves any confusion that may have arisen. Our customer support team has also been in contact with you regarding this matter.

    I never received my order and I can't get any help from the business. My package was insured and, at first I just wanted to received the goods I paid for. Now, I just want a refund.

    The customer placed an order, which was successfully delivered to her address within five days of the order date. However, 11 days after the delivery, the customer contacted us stating that she never received the order. Upon investigation, **** advised her to file a claim, as the shipment is insured. 

    I am uncertain how this situation reflects on Kandy Seoul, especially considering that we have made every effort to assist her with this delivery issue. **** has confirmed the delivery, suggesting this may be more of a local Postmaster concern, which is beyond my control. 

    While I have provided support and guidance to the customer, I believe that reporting to the ********************** for an issue stemming from postal regulations may be excessive.

    Ordered beginning of June for a total of 2 items. Received an email on June 30th that the owner cancelled my order and a refund had not been sent. Tried emailing the business multiple times and none of my emails would go through. All social media comments are turned off so absolutely 0 ways to contact them. Luckily I paid through ****** and was able to receive a refund due to the company never responding to ******. Would never order again, most likely a scam which is frustrating.

    I ordered from this business on Etsy and tried being patient but they dont respond or answer and they have never shipped my stuff nor offered a refund. I just want my money back. Ill never order from this company again. Please just refund me so I can move on

    I paid $63.47 on 5/2/24 and on 6/30/24 my order was canceled by the owner but the email notifying me of the cancellation stated the money I paid had not been refunded. I would like to be refunded since my order was accepted in May, never fulfilled and then cancelled. Very disappointed. It said in an email that was sent out on 6/1/24 that if people waited they would ship their order but I patiently waited until now and that never happened.

    This order was placed March 9th and I have not received my order. It is currently June 18th. I have politely reached out for months with no response or resolution. I was patient with the process until I realized others received their order months before me and she refuses to answer me besides saying the order is coming which she stopped saying over a month ago.Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice it is considered absolutely unacceptable to practice a business this way and I will plan to escalate if there is no immediate resolution. I expect to have an immediate and full refund due to the egregious treatment towards me as a customer.

    I ordered their product ,and never received it, except they were sick and it will be delayed, I ordered this product in on March 9th? I have sent several emails I just want my money back, I can't stand dishonesty

    I placed an order the business accepted payment and has not delivered the product. Their website is taking orders even with multiple customers complaining that their orders have not been fulfilled. When I called them out on ******** the owner blocked me even though I'm a paying customer who wants the product I paid for. They are literally scamming people taking money and not giving them what they paid for
