Ordered beginning of June for a total of 2 items. Received an email on June 30th that the owner cancelled my order and a refund had not been sent. Tried emailing the business multiple times and none of my emails would go through. All social media comments are turned off so absolutely 0 ways to contact them. Luckily I paid through ****** and was able to receive a refund due to the company never responding to ******. Would never order again, most likely a scam which is frustrating.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this business on Etsy and tried being patient but they dont respond or answer and they have never shipped my stuff nor offered a refund. I just want my money back. Ill never order from this company again. Please just refund me so I can move onInitial Complaint

I paid $63.47 on 5/2/24 and on 6/30/24 my order was canceled by the owner but the email notifying me of the cancellation stated the money I paid had not been refunded. I would like to be refunded since my order was accepted in May, never fulfilled and then cancelled. Very disappointed. It said in an email that was sent out on 6/1/24 that if people waited they would ship their order but I patiently waited until now and that never happened.Initial Complaint

This order was placed March 9th and I have not received my order. It is currently June 18th. I have politely reached out for months with no response or resolution. I was patient with the process until I realized others received their order months before me and she refuses to answer me besides saying the order is coming which she stopped saying over a month ago.Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice it is considered absolutely unacceptable to practice a business this way and I will plan to escalate if there is no immediate resolution. I expect to have an immediate and full refund due to the egregious treatment towards me as a customer.Initial Complaint

I placed an order the business accepted payment and has not delivered the product. Their website is taking orders even with multiple customers complaining that their orders have not been fulfilled. When I called them out on ******** the owner blocked me even though I'm a paying customer who wants the product I paid for. I would like to start by saying this is my third order. This company makes a delicious product and was able to deliver twice before which is why I was confident in ordering a third time. I placed an order totaling $102.60 (fully paid) on January 31, 2024. It is now May 16, 2024 and I have still not recieved my order. It is well past the advertised 21 day processing time. I have recieved mass email communication expressing some medical and personal family issues which have delayed orders. I am very symathetic and feel I have been patient in waiting for my order to this point. I have emailed a few times without response inquiring about my order without response. I also have inquired several times via social media. April 29th I recieved notification that my order was preparing to ship with **** tracking number ****************************** however to date this tracking is still listed as "pre shipment" stating a label was created but not shipped. On May 9th I sent a direct message to the company via their Instagram account inquiring about my order. I did recieve a reply aknowinging that she wasn't sure why my tracking was still showing as preshipment. She stated she would contact the post office and resend the order in 2 days if it was lost. I have not heard anything since. I have asked for updates with no reply. I recieved another email on May 14 which was probably automatically generated asking to review the product which was shipped. Again I never recieved the order and it seems as though it was never shipped. So I wrote a kind 2 star review stating I love their product and have ordered previously but I have not recieved my order. I saw today that my review has been deleted. I also noticed today that the company has now turned off commenting on their social media pages. I would love to recieve my order however if the company is not able to fulfill it then I regretfully request a full refund.Initial Complaint

Order placed on 2/1. Websitr says orders ship within 2to3 weeks. Inquired 3 times via email for an update on when this will ship. No communication recieved back from business. Makes me believe they are a fraudulent company as i see many others recieved silence when wanting communication regarding their orders. I would like the product ordered or a full refund.Business response

Please see attached. This customer was refunded. My site states ***** business days, the receipt also says this and no one can order without confirming they understand the difference between 2-3 weeks vs ***** business days. I really want everyone to have a positive experience and encourage customers to sign up for my weekly updates. 2/13 I fell ill and was in the hospital for 3 weeks and just released. This was on my social media and in two emails since 2/1.Please also see attached of customer today asking why her order was refunded when in her complaint to you she demanded one. My products are hand made and will take time since I was just released.
Please see attached of me responding to said client letting her know I would work on her order and now she complaining she never asked for it to be cancelled. Can you please take this complaint off my record. I am a very exhausted business woman and this is the level of fickle I have to deal with on a daily basis. Thank youKandy SeoulCustomer response

I placed an order on 11/27 and still have not received my order. I emailed in late December inquiring about the status of my order and received a response that my order would be shipped in the next few days. It was not. Then on 1/23 a shipping label was created, but my order still never shipped. I have since emailed the company again multiple times and received no response. I posted a comment on their instagram asking for help and they deleted it. I messaged them on Instagram and it went unanswered. I am now just seeking a complete refund but they are completely unresponsive.Initial Complaint

Ordered from Kandy Seoul on June 10, 2023, and heard nothing from them after placing my order. On July 5, 2023, I emailed their support asking about the status of my order. I never received an answer to that email. On July 9th I emailed them to cancel my order and refund me since it hadn't shipped in over a month and I received no type of update or had my questions answered. I opened a chargeback on July 10th since this "business" is not very trustworthy. They finally reached out to me not to answer my question but to question why I would open up a chargeback. I tried to work with the business to get a refund after they finally deemed me worthy of being spoken to. They said they reached out to my bank to find out a way to refund me and not follow through with the chargeback. They told me to cancel the chargeback and then they would refund me and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and cancel the chargeback. They have still not refunded me my money.Business response

Communication initially was amicable with customer. As shown in the uploaded evidence you will see a refund receipt dated July 20th, immediately after she provided a letter from the bank that they would drop the chargeback. I have also provided these screenshots to the customer as I do not have control over when the bank will release her funds related to her still open chargeback. I advised to get on a three way call to sort it out, as advised from a chase representative named ****. Customer has not communicated back towards this. All evidence provided is a refunded customer, **** $ of her money is in my possession but with her bank. I have done everything in my power to help this customer. Since this complaint I have sent again everything on my end. Even her bank stating it may take 75 days to resolve. Thank youCustomer response
