    March 29, 2024 I ordered from Kandy Seoul, and got the Nomu Shida Sour box. I didnt think much of it, I read the terms and conditions and understood about the wait. 14 to 21 business days. Signed up for email updates. Owner was promoting her business on ************* May 16th, 2024 Got May update.. We heavily apologize for current delays in orders. We are doing our best to catch up and move on.I am sending this out as a mass email but understand individual needs. As always I thank you all for stopping by. 2023 was fun and interesting getting to learn business and watching this hobby grow. Ultimately I hope we can continue to grow to meet the demands of our growing community. However we are also considering stepping back and enjoying our family again as we are rendered with no time ??.I was so understanding. I understood the owner is struggling and I even read online that itll take a *** of 3 months even to get a package. Still I remained understanding. She was still promoting people to buy her product online so I figured I was locked in since my order was already submitted. June 30th, 2024 Your order has been canceled Order #**** was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded.Im just really disappointed. I saw that the owner doesnt like when people try to contact or confront her and I never did anything. I remained silent and patient. I am highly highly upset that it was cancelled without even acknowledging me as a customer or anything. Every week I went to the website and tried to track my package and it always said it was awaiting to be packaged and still I remained patient. It just ***** that I have been waiting for 3 months and now its cancelled. Im hoping for a refund..I just dont understand it. I get that we go through things but do not promote your business if you cannot fulfill the demand.

    The owner is stealing money from people and not fulfilling orders. She blocks people who call her out on social media and deletes negative post. She is scamming people left and right. She is a terrible owner and business person. She is completely deceitful and should be criminally charged for the amount of money she has stolen from people. I sure hope she's a better nurse than business owner, but based on how defensive she is, that's not likely.

    I placed my order on March the 9th 2024. I was so excited to support someone who also had a significant other in the military, Because whenever I have supported someone like that, in the past, I know they would always handle my order with the best of care. I understand that the owner has had a lot going on. But I was very concerned in which the tone she used in regard to customers reaching out to her and social media. I gave her the benefit of a doubt at first but the pattern repeated itself. She seems to be creative and wish her all the best but I do not feel valued or heard as a customer.

    I placed my order on March 28th ($74.77). I did read there was a ***** day processing period. I have emailed them with no response except automated responses. I have asked for a refund. No response. It in now May 29th. I have yet to recieve product or refund. If she cannot fulfill orders, she should refund out money! Yet she is still on social media sites promoting her business. How do you promote and you still have many paying customers that you cannot get orders to. Of you are one woman doing all these things, you may wanna scale down to something you can handle.

    I ordered my first box, and received it right near the end of the timeframe that is posted on her website, and my candy was absolutely phenomenal!!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The owner even reached out to me personally to explain why production time is so lengthy right now, and as a reasonable and empathetic person, I set my impatient and selfish needs aside, as I know that behind the Kandy Seoul name is one woman, who is a mother to an infant, a toddler, and a teenager, who is also a practicing ICU nurse, as well as a military spouse with a husband who is currently overseas, and she is LITERALLY TRYING HER BEST to build a successful company with her own two hands, with little to no help from anyone else. I am incredibly impressed with her tenacious ability to continue pushing forward under such circumstances, and I think it is very unfortunate that so many people fail to show her some ****** I will continue to order from her, as her product is, without question, the best on the market, Thank you,*********************

    I placed an order for the Confetti Birthday Box on 01/02/24 in the amount $59.35. Expected wait times are ***** days + an additional 7 day shipping time. I was aware and accepting of this fact when placing my order, as this was the second order I made with this company. 02/01/24 I sent an email to business@kandyseoul asking for order update and did not receive a reply. 02/01/24 sent second email and did not receive a reply. Did some digging on social media and found a different email address support@kandyseoul and sent an email on 02/06/24 asking for order update. 02/07/24 received a reply stating your candies are being made now and hope to start packing in the coming weeks. Another month goes by and still havent received order or communication about order. I send email on 03/01/24, receive reply would be sure that our owner (*****) expedites it this week.2 weeks pass and still no order and no communication sent to me about order. Send email on 03/17/24 asking for update, receive no response. I went to business Instagram page 03/19/24 and sent direct message. Received reply 03/20/24 was making dalgonas for this box that night. Another week passes and no communication or update on order. I commented on a IG post and it was deleted. Commented again two more times and both were again deleted. She also deleted another customers comment asking for order update and my replies to customer. I sent a direct message to her IG calling out bad business practice and asking for a refund, and was met with extremely unprofessional customer service and immature conflict resolution. She took zero blame and never once apologized for an order I paid for that she could not fulfill. She stated would only refund half of my money, per refund policy. However, this is 100 % a business fault of over-promising and under-delivering. I paid for a product I wanted, but she left me without a choice but to cancel and not do business with her again.

    All customers are kindly asked at time of check out to sign up for email updates. Customer did not do so. From 2/13 - 3/7 I was away from business due to hospitalization and illness. A mass email was sent to everyone who did sign up. People have even commented this on the same post this customer claims she left comments on. There are a few other accounts that also report in public and privately that comments and DMs are glitching not only on my side but also theirs. This customer leaves out the part where I posted her order being packed and in its shipment box awaiting next day shipment. I do not have time to check everyones emails and direct messages instantly and this dispute happened 9 hours after my account posted via automation a post on social media. She claims that I have all the time to make a post and ignore her. When in fact I did make her order and packed it and put it in public eye via social media. I think as a culture Americans NEED to stop demanding instant communication. On her receipt she will have my correct form of communication and email to reach out to, which she clearly found later on also in social media. I did apologize to the customer for allowing her to feel unheard, however I am not a human punching bag, I advocate for my customers and my patients daily. I have a teenager and a toddler and I do have the right to refuse service to anyone so as ling as it is not discriminating and the last time I checked being unruly was not a protected class. I gave the customer a full refund and gifted her order away on instagram. Communication was slow especially while I was in the hospital however I did hire someone very part-time to try to handle a few emails while I was away. I do accept responsibility if he promised her a deadline that was not met, but like the customer did say she did reach out to me and I did communicate with her directly. I am one person and I create my orders in batches. I made 550 cookies when this cookie takes 15 minutes to make 4. Thank you I have nothing further to add.

    Business is quick to take your money but fails to deliver. Waited almost 2 months for my order only to have it canceled with no notice.
