I am absolutely appalled by the service and the manager and server of this restaurant. It was very uncomfortable. I have been a regular for years and couldnt believe how I was treated this evening. I had no idea this restaurant was run by such nasty people. I took my girlfriend out to dinner this night hoping for a great date night and hoping for great food and service. But the night started off a little rough with the fact that the restaurant was cold so we went to blue. The bartender order the wrong dish and said this was now the 2nd mistake in a short time, so in an effort to be nice we said we will just keep it dont worry about it. We still wanted the lasagna that my gf ordered but it took 20min to come out. The server came out at this time with ******* sauce only. I had ordered fettuccine ******* as a side. She said thats what this is. I said no thats **************** ordered a side of pasta. She said we dont do that here. We had about 4 different servers at this place so we were just bombarded. One of the servers just leaned on the bar right next to me, and stood there for a while and smiled while I was eating. We then ordered desserts and decaf. The desserts and coffee came in to go cups and to go boxes. They said we closed at 9pm everything is in to go boxes after 9. We asked to take the 2 to go coffees off b/c we wanted them there for the experience with a dessert. Then another server comes out and said the server was very upset by our behavior. I said what behavior? We were especially nice by paying and accepting wrong ordered food. She said well you ate the food. We at that point we asked to speak to a manager. The manager was absolutely nasty. He said we have a strict policy to kick customers out at 9pm every night. I told him this is not how you treat people. I couldnt believe the experience we had tonight never in my life have I had to leave no tip when I leave 25% regularly at restaurants. This place has really gone down hill.

These women asked to be moved three times to a suitable table. They ended up at the bar in our private room. They made requests that were things we do not offer such as sides and tastes of pasta dishes. The server did mistakenly enter one pasta incorrectly. She apologized and tried to fix the mistake. These women began to mock and degrade our server who eventually left the bar in tears. Another server came to try to complete their dining experience and she was also made to feel uncomfortable and also left. Then, a third employee came to essentially ask them to leave. They paid for all of their food and were given desserts to go. They then wanted to speak with a manager, before they left, who did hear them out as they continued with their strange tirade and just continued to try to get them to leave our building. Other guests in the room witnessed the treatment of the bartender and shared to social media to defend our servers treatment by these folks. Review from another guest in the room:Dined here last night with a friend while visiting the area. The food, drinks, ********************** was wonderful. Sadly, we witnessed two patrons treating our server terribly. Mocking them & complaining about their every move. And then ending their night by yelling at each other. & So thankful we had the opportunity to tell the server how much WE appreciate her. If in town - go here!Grab a ******************* , taste some garlic bread , indulge on the spaghetti @ & show kindness to the lovely staff. Especially the sweet one with wire Rimmed glasses. We truly appreciate that we sometimes make mistakes. But, we do not accept that this entitles people to be horrible to our staff.
