5 starsOur painting project was completed in a timely manner and with perfection. There was great attention to detail with painting and clean up. I am so pleased with Confident Coatings & Exteriors. **** and ****** communicate and over see the painting. Confident coatings coated my small mobile home on 3/27/20 with a Elastomeric coating that is suppose to have 10 year guarantee and after 3 years is cracking and coming apart. They ripped my off for ******* and did not do all of the thing they were supposed to do, they half assed the job. Now they will not even talk to me about it, will not stand behind the lousy work they do. Just a FLIM FLAM small fly by night co. They like to rip off old people and take advantage of us. They are nothing more than thieves. Stay away from the FLY BY NIGHT CROOKS

Its amazing that after 14 trips out to your house , returning money in full that a year later you are even thinking about us. Your swamp cooler is leaking since day 1. Your roof coating was fine until it got hit by hail. We still came back and recoated it for you free of charge but again like I said the 2x2 hole in your roof from the swamp cooler is what is leaking. We just did another neighbor ( ******) of yours because you got hit by hail again this year. Your roof needs replaced like I told you and your swamp cooler needs removed completely ( like I told you). Its not my fault the heavy rains overwhelm your swamp cooler which is already dripping. But again I refunded your money over a year ago so why do you continue to be mad at me when we was there 14 times coating and patching your roof? You havent called me once this year so that is a lie. Im not a fly by night that is a lie. I understand your insurance wont pay for a new roof but that is not my fault I tried to help you. I tried my best to work with you and I never give refunds but since you thought I did something wrong you got a refund. I have zero obligation to you but if you did call me you would get me on the phone and I would come back to look at the problem. At that point I would tell you to replace your roof and stop putting caulking everywhere. Sorry for your troubles.Review fromPeter S

5 starsHighly recommend Confident Coatings. Top notch owner and crew. Excellent, responsive service. Repainted our large **** stucco house. Changed colors in the process. ******* Rafferty guided my wife and I through new color scheme selection and inspected job throughout. Couldn't be happier. His crew delivered an outstanding repaint in the course of three and half days. Quick, but thorough and careful. Paid attention to important details. When I spotted minor flaws, they were quickly corrected without question. Crew's extra efforts were impressive. When I asked for more time for drying between the first and second coats, they readily accommodated my request, even though this caused significant retaping as a result of the wind blowing off the initial tape. Upon completion, crew took care to reinstall all nine light fixtures and move all the yard furniture back onto our deck. Did walk around with crew lead, who corrected any minor flaws on the spot. Owner was there to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Personally delivered spare paint, with each can labeled by application area. Offered to address any concerns should they arise in the next two weeks. Great customer experience!Review fromJolene B

5 starsIf any of our ******** ppl need any painting work, THESE GUYS are amazing! We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our exterior home painting. *** (the owner) came by our Home to see how everything was progressing on a daily basis. **** the job ****** was very informative and knowledgeable. Everybody was so pleasant. *** came by after the project was complete and inspected the work as well as ensuring we were pleased with the outcome. 100% customer satisfaction from beginning to end!! We would use this company again and again for any painting needs. I will say the thing that sealed the deal for us to begin with was, great prices, no money upfront, and everybody who worked on our house were employees of Confident Coating, no contracting out any part of the job.
