Unfortunately this product and company do not work or stand my its product. For a very expensive machine, it has not lasted. I have reached out with video and evidence that part of my machine is breaking. They would like to have me pay for a new machine. Yes with a discount but I am not willing to pay another 1700 after paring 3000 for this product. Now the connection between the machine and screen glitches. With videos or just a non video climb, the machine does not always work. Extremely frustrating and will not recommend this productReview from Vanessa N

I spent thousands of dollars on a machine that often does not work as advertised with customer service that is impossible to get ahold of. I've spent weeks calling their customer service line and no one ever answers or calls back. I've sent bug reports through the machine which will result in an initial response days later. However, when I reply back I get no responses except automated messages threatening to close my ticket if I don't respond. I've responded to their emails, per their instructions, three times now. I even tried calling their gym, but no one answers that phone either. Their online resources are very limited, so you are dependent on their customer service to fix issues.I've owned this climber for over a year and the system is too buggy. It's a great concept, but you'll save so much time, money, and frustration buying a versaclimber instead.Review from Elizabeth R

I ordered and received my CLMBR in late January, and we had issues with delivery, set up, and the initial connectivity. Once we got the issues figured out, we have come to love the machine and the workout. However, I cannot recommend to anyone to purchase from this company - when we bought at the end of January, the base cost approximately was $2700. However, since then the cost has dropped, they have started to include more with the basic package, and now they have a Spring coupon that takes $700 off the current $2400 price. I would not recommend buying the product, as you could find yourself wasting $1000 by not waiting two months to buy.
