************ This is an amazing company. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They do what they say they are going to do and have incredible customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new water heater, furnace or a/c unit. We have had nothing but stellar service from them at our home and our rental property too. They also have a great warranty through their company. They stand behind their work. AMAZING!

I had a new heater installed. The Heart Technician explained the problems with my old system. The Heart Team was patient and let me get comfortable with the recommendations and cost which was a few months. They offer a great loan option. My new system is amazingly quiet! The heat flows through out the house so much better-no cold areas. I have used their services for a few years, electric, plumbing, air conditioning and heating I highly recommend them, they do excellent work!Review from Andrew W

Weve had Heart out for all three big services - HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Weve never had a bad experience, if there are any slight issues (the hvac was a little finicky to start) they are responsive and quick to identify and fix the issue. I will happily recommend Heart to anyone who asks. They may not be the absolute cheapest option, but I believe the customer service makes it worth it.Review from Rae P

******* for Heart Heating, Plumbing, etc came out and did a thorough check of the plumbing in my house. There were a couple of minor issues but he took care of them in a timely manner. Now I know I'm good for at least another year. I definitely would recommend Heart Heating, etc services. I have a subscription with them which means I can request a check of plumbing, electrical at no extra charge. Definitely worth it!!!!Review from Katy L

I called Heart Heating and Cooling for help in unclogging a drain. My appointment was scheduled for the following day and they mentioned that I would receive a call when the technician was on his way. Everything happened as scheduled and *** (technician) arrived and immediately got to work. The clog was located at about 40 to 50 feet into the drain and he was able to clear it. I asked *** if he could replace a garbage disposal unit for me and he never hesitated in saying yes.His pleasant attitude and professionalism was awesome. I will definitely call Heart Heating and Cooling in the future.
