I purchased the combination pack firm and soft , soft for me and firm for my wife, in good with mine she tried hers for 5 minutes and hates it like a rock would like to trade it for a soft as well.

I have owned and used ********* Sleepbetter pillows for many years. But we are very disappointed with the recently purchased ones. The medium pillows arrived flattened in vacuum packaging. We followed the instructions regarding fluffing them up but they dont hold their shape very well; they collapse to flat. I would consider a better description as soft. We have not continued to use them. I considered returning them to you but could not determine how to do it.Pacific Pillows, LLC Response

They are not what we used in the ************ in ******. We took a photo of the tag and ordered exactly what we used there and these do not hold up like the ones at the hotel. They go flat very quickly and am incredibly disappointed as it's just another pillow thrown in the corner of the closet. I don't understand why you wouldn't have shipped the pillow I ordered.....it's obvious you shipped a subpar replacement because after many nights in the hotel they held up but these just are flat in no time.Review from Kat H

Frustrating that shipping to ****** was 30% of the cost of the pillows. They obviously don't have a high volume deal with any of the shipping companies and customers suffer as a result.Review from Shelley S
