    I have been trying for YEARS to settle my dues with these people. Their payment system is convoluted, they gave me SOMEONE ELSES account number, and refuse to accept that they made a mistake, and released their attorneys on me, whom are impossible to reach. It feels like a sick game theyre playing on purposefully trying to run up the bill by not communicating. I have sent emails, Ive called, nothing. But theyll send a piece of mail out of the blue, or have someone serve me court documents. Theyre rude, unhelpful, and just trying to get over on people.Look at all the reviews on their ******* on here, etc. its abundantly clear these people are crooks. Ill be presenting the idea to the community to get rid of them. Glad this is how a company treats disabled Veterans.

    One star is pushing it with this company. They are snakes and shouldnt be allowed to be a property management company with how they handle business. Club Valencia has been through multiple fires recently and the fact that theyve been difficult to reach out to is an understatement. As a homeowner, I expect better and my money put into the *** should be spent wisely and they do not! This company is unprofessional and sketchy.
