I own the business BF Power Vac in *********, ********** and have had several calls come in from our customers indicating it shows online through MapQuest that our company is permanently closed. This is not true. We have been in business business since October 1, 2004 I have contacted the company several times with no response. I own Karcheckz we have noticed a Mapquest listing that has the wrong address. I message mapquest and they give me no help and say that they cant change it. What is your purpose? Why do we have to have false information broadcast online that confuses people and waste their time and energy? Mapquest did not provide any solution. I want to make my voice heard. Mapquest does not take responsibility for correcting any errors they make.Business response

Mapquest is showing my personal name and telephone number as being a business associated with a family members address. I do not have any business and this personal information is being used to harass myself and my family member. I have reached out to Mapquest in December of 2023 to try to resolve this by having them remove the listing. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing back I followed up again asking the status of my request to which I got no reply. By mid January I emailed them again asking to please update me as the public information was leading to doxxing and harassment of myself and family members at that address. They have yet to remove my personal information from their website. The safety of myself and my family is my highest concern.Business response

MapQuest has it marked as AIO fitness and I have reached out numerous times to have it removed, there was never a business there and they just don't respond. My most recent email was on 02/12/2024. Mapquest is showing a Business Name at my residence address. I tried contacting them but they are not responding it has been 3 weeks already. They have listed some business at my residence causing people to randomly showup at my residence and knock on the door asking for business services. Me and my family is very my upset with this. Mapquest is selling my private personal phone number and apartment address, advertising for a fake business. I have sent in multiple requests for it to be removed by ****** and by mapquest without any response. I have had no such business and as I am a victim of domestic violence, I am being stalked as a result. My family's safety is my highest concern.Business response

Mapquest has a fictitious listing with my personal website and my personal phone number. Shows a fictitious business being located in the *******************. I did not start this page , there is no business with that name nor one in the *********** with that name. Again has my personal phone number listed and am getting spam calls because they have my number listed. I would like this page taken down immediately and a report sent to ****** to remove also. Thank you ********************************************************************************** I would also like the ip address of the individual who created the page so I can bring it to my local police department. I used the zip code listed on the Mapquest page as my own. So page is not updated with a new one. Thank youBusiness response
