      Been e-mailing for months now and not 1 real response. Just the canned automated response that says we are human and we are busy. My listing shows an address that I moved from 3 1/2 years ago. I want it fixed or deleted from Mapquest.

      Our business address is outdated and the description is not even close to what we offer. I have tried calling and emailing for their help, and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone! There seems to be no customer support to get this listing taken down. This is not good business practice at all!

      I've been trying for a year and a half to get our business address changed. SEVERAL emails, calls that get answered, then dropped immediately. This is unacceptable. We have clients using MAP QUEST and going to the wrong address. This needs to be addressed asap. Again over a year and a half I've been trying to get this done. WHY doesn't anyone help??????

      I NEED MY ADDRESS CHANGED!! Having incorrect addressed online can mess up your searchabilty for customers searching for your product. I need this removed.

      My biz address is wrong and nobody answers the phone there to make any changes. I never gave them permission in the first place to post my biz info. Going to send this to our legal department.

      I am not impressed with this business. I have tried multiple times to contact them and let them know that they are showing two wrong listings for my business (address is incorrect). One of the listings shows an address that never was the location of my business! The other shows my old address. I am irritated by the fact that the wrong listings appear on the first page of a ****** search for my business.
