      I am an advanced communications specialist for the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance. In November, we relocated from *********************** to ******************************************************************************. I handled the updating of ********** our ****** business listing, websites, company stationary, etc. I opened Request #******* with MapQuest on November 4, 2024 at 7:55 AM requesting our business address be updated. I have not heard any responses whatsoever. I attempted to follow up on November 18. Here is a link to our incorrect MapQuest listing: ********************************************************************************** This seems to be an issue with MapQuest, as I've looked at their ******** page and there are many comments from other businesses that are unable to get their information updated by MapQuest.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. On 4/23, ********* from MapQuest said it should take 1-2 weeks for their data to sync with their partner's data. I will be keeping an eye on our MapQuest listing and will follow up with ********* and *************************************** if the listing has not updated by 5/9.

      We informed multiple times to MapQuest to remove the Sai constructions ad from my house but they are kept ignoring my complaints. It's been years since I tried to get my address removed this ********************** as people coming here to complaint or get money. they are disturbing and bothering us. Please help me to get the ad removed from my address.

      Mapquest created a business listing without my permission, using my personal home address. I have filed a request 3 times to have it removed it but they have not done so. This business no longer exists and my home has never been used as a retail business site. My home has been robbed before and the area I live in continues to be subjected to home robberies. This public posting of my home address with business name has caused me worry and has affected my health. I would like the business name deleted from my home address to not show up in their database and search.Past requests 2/26/25 #*******, 1/3/24 #*******, 12/23/23 #*******

      Using the method MapQuest has on their website for contacting them for business address changes on their maps, I have contacted MapQuest four times since April of 2024 requesting a change to our business information. They are directing our clients to the wrong address and phone number. I have received no reply except computer-generated email messages with support ticket numbers stating that they will work on the issue, yet there has been no change. This is very disappointing. We never asked ******** in the first place to put our business information out there for everyone to see, but now that they have, and we changed locations, they have not corrected the address/phone number.

      I am the owner of ******************************************, a small business that operates out of my home. Many of my customers have let me know that ********************** incorrectly shows that my business is "permanently closed". I contacted MapQuest several times, including on February 10, 2025, to resolve this issue and received the email response below. I received the email response below. Within a few weeks, I started receiving calls from listing business that would only assist if I paid them money.       MapQuest has been unresponsive to CCPA requests to remove our residential address from their listing. Our first support attempt was Request #******* in April 2024.Our residential address in their listing is causing a safety issue with strangers coming to the residential property expecting a hotel that does not exist. Your help remediating this issue would be much appreciated. Thank you.

      I contacted this business on September 20, 2023 at 7:51 AM to remove my personal address and phone number from their website. It is now 2025 and they still have not complied with my request. After over a year, they replied, we're sorry for the delay and hope we helped, but did not remove or fix any data.

      We've been trying to get our listings corrected on Mapquest for months. There are three listings, one of which is correct and the other two have old addresses. We submitted multiple requests directly to Mapquest with no response. We have corrected our listing on Yext, which supposedly is where Mapquest pulls the information, but that has not fixed it. Therefore we would like ALL listings Mapquest has for our business to be removed since there seems to be no way to keep them updated and correct. We need these listings removed ASAP:*************************************************************************** *************************************************************************** *************************************************************************** (this is the correct listing)To be clear, we no longer want our business listed on Mapquest at all.
