I have a permit with my apartment complex and on June 25,2024 they attempted to tow my car anyway. They stuck a hole through the bumper and pulled it out part of the way. They have not responded to my complaints and this is the second time they have towed/attempted to tow my car and damaged it in the process.

Date of tow: 2/2/24 8:27am Date of return: 2/5/24 4:32pm My complaint lies in the fact that I was towed unlawfully from my private residential community. I was parked in front of the leasing office, in a space with no specific signage, in the community that I lived in at the time and paid rent for. I also had to pay $10 monthly for a parking permit through ParkM. I never missed a single payment and was consistent with my permit for the entire 15 months that I lived there. As per the leasing agreement signed upon move-in, residents are permitted to park anywhere within the community as long as our permit is paid for. So this tow was not only a violation of my Colorado towing rights but a violation of my lease agreement on behalf of The ********************** and their management company, ********. I do not believe my vehicle had the right to be towed from my own place of residence, without notification, when I had a permit. The reason that I, and many other fellow residents parked in the leasing office area was due to a lack of available parking spaces within the community. Those spaces were literally the only option to park our car in. I would like this to serve as a formal complaint against The Bluffs, as well as ******* Towing, for their unlawful practices. It is necessary to note that I have also filed a claim with the ************************************ in regard to this issue. Thank you.

They towed 2 of our vehicles on Friday may 24th and it was from an apartment complex. Now they are stating that it was commercial. When I spoke to someone on Saturday and Sunday they clearly stated that I was parked right. After speaking with 2 people over the phone from ***** they couldnt understand why our cars were towed even after looking at the picture they took. And now I am being told different and wrong information.

Of Longhorn Towing H3330383735353931**33H ***** H3532313030353833**H or whatever name they went under because they keep changing the name just to shelter themselves yet it's the same people working... **** and his friend came and towed my van near 5pm when I was just leaving and packing tools and walking the dogs... I encountered a rude set of people on the phone also...Come to find out **** and friend had pulled my vehicle out of its parking spot without the proper equipment and dragged it...We had just done new repairs and parts and the transmission was red and perfectly working... It never worked well after the cables they tried to put in.... And we should not have let them but they pushed their way into the vehicle to try...701 boss of the projects had to call them and have them come back as they did this a year before to other folks working...I just want my transmission and vehicle coverage for the damages and an apology...This is insane I have to work at this for years asking for help when folks should be adults and pay for what they break!

On 04/22/2024, I discovered my vehicle had been towed by Boulder Valley Towing,LLC also dba Wyatts Towing without any warning, which are to be allotted to me per the Colorado Towing Bill of Rights HB22-1314 as I am to be provided a written 24hr notice before a non consensual tow. I was advised by Park M (parking police), Park On 14th Management and Wyatts Towing/ Boulder Valley Towing That this was a legal tow And I would have to pay $572 to get my vehicle out of the impound. After much argument with the management, I was able to retrieve my vehicle.Upon picking up my vehicle, I was not provided a receipt, a vehicle tow release form, I was handed my keys,l and allowed into the Tow yard by myself to retrieve my vehicle. I immediately noticed that my vehicle was struggling to go as if it had no power and upon turning the right rear was making notice a loud click upon slow breaking in the rear, my right rear tail light was broke out And my check engine light was now on,a scrape on the body near the left front tire, Scrapes along the entire under carriage, Indentations in the rear hatch, And black tar spattered along the passenger side.I reached to schedule an inspection at AAMCOthe findings were as follows: PO172- Fuel trim system rich bank 1- Test failed l.PO175-- Fuel trim system rich bank - Test failed.P0420 Catalyst System low efficiency Bank 1- current DTC, Test not passed.Fail: Fuel system, Comprehensive component, EGR/VVT, Catalyst, Is evaporative system, Oxygen sensor and oxygen sensor heater approx $8,000.I immediately got a second opinion and scheduled. at Brakes Plus. The findings were exactly the same with one additional finding: The lower control arms are loose In the bushings, replace both Lower control arms followed by an alignment. My car was considered a non consensual tow without warning using a hook and chain truck, an improper tow for an all-wheel drive vehicle.

Dear ***/Sir,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ******* Towing Company for the damage they caused to my vehicle during a towing incident that occurred June 9, 2023. Not only did their employees handle my vehicle in a careless manner, resulting in a busted oil pan and a damaged oil pump, but they have failed to respond to my repeated phone calls regarding the matter. I have called several times trying to get the issue resolved. ******* employees have hung up on me several times. They refused to give me their names and I was promised that I would receive a phone call or email from their supervisor regarding this matter and I have yet to receive a phone call or email. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by ******* ********************** Company. As a paying customer, I expect my property to be handled with the utmost care and respect. The fact that they have not taken responsibility for the damage done to my car is unacceptable. I urge you to investigate this matter further and hold ******* Towing Company accountable for their actions. I also request assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining compensation for the damage incurred.

At roughly 11:40 pm, March 24, 2024 | witnessed Wyatts towing, towing a vehicle of a friends out of my apartments parking lot.Under towing legislation HB22-1314, Wyatts towing should have dropped the Vehicle as I requested while it was still on private property. Per the legislation - A towing carrier must release a vehicle if the owner of the vehicle pays the lesser of 15% of the total fees or $60, and agrees to pay the remaining balance at a later date. My request not only went ignored, I advised the two men working for Wyatts that the vehicle contains medication, being insulin for a type one diabetic. I was mocked and then yelled at when I ask where I need to go to pick up the Vehicle. Intimidation tactics, no release of medical supplies, in addition to going against the newest towing legislation. This behavior was appalling.I have emailed to question why Wyatts towing is exempt from the legislation? They could not provide me an answer. However, they did advise that since the two men towing the vehicle were informed of the medications they should have retrieved that for us. They did not. The employee who email me back, ******, stated they would pass along my email and someone would contact me.. they have not. I am seeking full reimbursement for the funds I paid. As this, was horrific, unethical, immorally wrong. Using intimidation tactics like screaming at me is awful.

This company towed our vehicle without giving proper notice. We were not blocking a driveway or intersection, was not in a handicap spot and never had a prior violation. When we took the new house bill HB22-1314 into them they clearly don't want to hear about it.
