            On the 6th of April 2024 I purchased a vehicle from Key Automotive for 16k. I test drove the car and it seemed fine. I payed 2k down and drove it off of the lot. On the following Monday I brought it to my shop to have it inspected and my technician told me that there was ************* on the transfer case. I called them and told them the issue and the lady told me the vehicle is sold as is and they cant to anything. I looked at the car fax report and it doesnt state anywhere that there is a crack or a leak anywhere. A couple days later I go to align it and I see that the transfer case is leaking and so is the oil. I call them again and ask if theres anything they can do to fix it and she tells me the same thing and that if I want to take them court I can. Now I have an unusable vehicle that I am scared to drive, especially with my sons.I need help and I dont want this vehicle anymore.
