    Wish I could give no stars as this company steals your money and does not respond to any form of contact! They are worthless crooks and should be penalized for this shady disgusting behavior!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

    Paid for product months and months ago. The company went completely dark for a month or two. Then when they reopened will not respond to any correspondence. Just took my money and ran. Upon further review found that this isnt the only time it has happened.

    Your site said 5 business days and its been 10 and it still hasnt even been shipped out yet, and then I message customer service asking how long shipping usually takes 4 different messages and not one answer back!! So I finally say I want a refund because I found them somewhere else where I can get them now and a better deal and again no answer back! I just want what I paid for at this point or at least my money back

    Ordered a second quality banger from them(so it should be made and ready to go before even making it to the site)early march took them till April to make a label and when they did they said it shipped. Now 2weeks later the label hasnt moved according to **** and I cant get ahold of the company now. Mind you Ive been faithful only buying there quartz for like 4 or 5 years now the customer service was always in need of improvement but I always got the banger and it was a1 with my recent purchases however there have been more and more flaws and now there just not sending my banger or telling me whats happening 0/10 for this dead company

    I placed an order for 2 sets that cost a total of $385 on 5/8/22, they didnt ship it out until 2 weeks later. It only shipped because I commented on his instagram several times (in which he then deleted my comments) and then things from my order were missing. I messaged him about sending out the rest of my order in which he said he would send it out. Its now been three months and i still have no received the rest of my order. This guy/business is a joke. Do not waste your money on his business. Quality of glass was the worst glass Ive purchased in the last couple years but was the most expensive.
