    Bought the roadside assist and tire protection for my motorhome before a road trip. Blew a rear dual at 11 pm on I 80 25 miles west of ********, **. Called the number on my new membership card. Could not get thru to the dispatcher. Tried 2 other phones. Had several bars on the phone connection. The dispatch would answer. I could hear them but they couldnt hear me. Like their **** was muted. After trying mutiple times, calling the ********** contact number (business hours only) finally gave up abd called Travel America. Called GS the next day and was instructed to file a reimbursement claim. Received an email after a few days stating the claim was denied because I didnt call their dispatchet?????!!!!!!!

    Our annual renewal was due on 5/31/25, yet they auto charged our cc a month early on 4/23/25. When we called them to ask for a refund on 4/24/25 and cancel our membership, they said they could not provide us a refund for the next year renewal (which hasnt even started yet). Not allowing a cancellation this far in advance feels fraudulent if not illegal.

    I have paid over $20,000 into Good ***** extended service plan for my rv. I had a turbocharger fail. The particulate tfilter failed as a result of the turbocharger failure. Good *** did not cover the particulate filter at a cost of $8500. They covered only part of the turbocharger cost. I have a rear seal main leak the mechanic discovered. They covered a portion of that. My part of the repair was $20,000. I am not happy with there service. I had a **** transfer switch fail last year. Good *** denied the claim of $3,000. What good is the service

    ****. They convinced me to sign up for one of the *** and said I would lock in a discount on insurance with them. Then when finalizing the insurance the price went up by $80 per month. Trying to cancel the plan will also run you into a nightmare.

    Purchased a "membership" on April 6, 2024. I deactivated the membership online on March 3, 2025, so that it would not auto-renew. Received a confirmation email that my account had been deactivated. On March 24, 2025, my credit card was charged for annual membership. I did not receive any emails saying they were still charging me. I immediately called and asked for a refund. Was told the deactivation was not canceling the auto-renew, just that the account was deactivated and the only way to actually cancel was to have called in. I forwarded the email I received deactivating my account and again requested a refund. I was escalated to a supervisor who told me they did not do refunds, but that she would do it this time. It is not April 2, 2025, still have not received the refund. I called in and 1st was told they would need to review the call logs to determine if someone had indeed promised this to me. I mentioned the email I had forwarded and a finally helpful agent was able to refund the charge. She even sent me a screenshot of the request to refund so that I know she started the process. Overall this membership was not at all worth it for us as we only shopped in the store once and did not use again. Beware of auto-renews!!!

    Our annual renewal was due on 4/21/25, yet they auto charged our cc a month early on 3/24/25. When we called them to ask for a refund and cancel our membership, they said NO! A month before it was set to renew they charged our card and would not refund the money. DUMP GOOD ***

    long,long story. Extended service contract that was denied by different agents each with a different reason. Clearing each reason and speaking to "supervisors" still couldn't get a straight story. Sent to customer service to get to the review board. **************** said they only meet once or twice a month and needed to fill out forms. Ok, but, had to talk to claims first...told the lady I just did and they sent me to customer service and I just wanted the forms to fill out ...she hung up on me.

    Answered the phone, quoted a scam price of $350 for a $65 trailer tire, so no not a good deal. I hope they do better if the Coach needs a tow, but unlikely to renew.

    Terrible costumer service. They charged us from years ago and sent auto renew reminder to a 6 year old address. Email was never received. When we called to have this remedied, the supervisor was very attacking on us. Then he hung up. Terrible experience. We had been with this company for years in the past and had multiple customer service issues.

    Paid for my membership in full.The next screen says thank you for your payment, Your account membership information has been sent to your email address. 30 minutes later.Still receive nothin! absolutely ascam will be contesting my charge with my bank! BEWARE OF THESE SHADY PEOPLE!!!!
