On tech has been to my home 3 times for a simple install on a ring doorbell appointment times change never when they say they would be here hour late sending up dates extended times up to hour late not happy was told tech will go over everything and make sure everything up and running didn't happen ring stop working 20 minutes after tech left waiting again appointment time was from 2- 4 it now 4 30 no tech.Review from Donna D

***** was an excellent technician. He kept me informed of his arrival time and came prepared to work. He advised me on the best placement of security cameras and solar panels. He installed the doorbell also. The website is very nice and had a picture and name of the technician who would be installing my equipment. It also included his location. I Would use OnTech again and also recommend them to others.Review from Rahi M

I had a horrible experience with OnTech. They charged me upfront for a "Smart Doorbell Diagnostic," but their technician was completely incompetent. He spent an hour trying to diagnose the issue and couldn't even identify a defective transformer, which an electrician easily fixed in 20 minutes the next day. They wasted my time and money. I wasnt even expecting them to fix the problem, just to diagnose it correctlybut they couldnt even do that. Avoid this company at all costs!Review from John K

We had an excellent technician. Installed a new doorbell, indoor and outdoor cameras, and motion sensors throughout the house. He was patient, thorough, and kept checking with me to make sure I understood all parts of the installation and using the app.Review from Sharon K

I see the other 5 stars and my review is much the same. The only glitch was, it turned out that my wireless providers' modem does not play well with the Simplisafe system, so I ended up buying a mesh router, with additional installation fee. I'm still giving 5 starts, the technician was great, wish I had him on speed dial for all my tech questions (lol).Review from David P

I had a pleasant experience with OnTech in the installation on my Ring Alarm. The technician hooked the alarm up to my present alarm system so no additional contacts had to be installed. He let me know what he was doing along the way and had me operate the system myself so until I felt comfortable. He put on booties to protect my flooring and cleaned up after himself. ****** was wonderful, I regretted not calling sooner!Review from Joyce C

Best decision we made on not doing the *********** doorbell and camera install ourselves. Friendly courteous tech that showed up on time and did a great job .we highly recommended!!
