Zero customer service and zero common courtesy. They were my primary care facility and when my doctor quit, they just booted me out into the cold and said too bad, so sad, buh-bye. Now that doctor has been replaced but they refuse to see me even though the entire rest of my family goes there still. Not only that but when called out on it, they just said tough luck, go away.

Regularly double bills you. Last 2 office visits I payed the full amount yet every month they send me an invoice to pay again. After the first time they double billed me I told the girl at the front desk of my ************** about it. She called it surprise billing and was aware of it. They even offer a protection plan that covers the way they double bill you. 2 different Doctors both affiliated with Community Hospital. Paid both Doctors in full and Community Hospital keeps billing me each month. Going on 4 months now. Btw on the patient portal there is a zero balance. I feel this is very illegal. Incompetent billing department for sure.Update.8/29/23 Just got doubled billed again from Community Hospital. Another different doctor's visit and the bill was payed in full at the time of visit. Told them that Community hospital was double billing and sure enough 2 weeks after doctors visit Community Hospital double billed me. Going to take the bill up to the ************** and let them handle it. Community hospital phone calls do not work and people are rude. That's if they answer.Update: 8/17/23 Appointment with a spine doctor. ***** the bill in full. 3 weeks later got double billed plus they added 20% more to the bill. Multiple phone calls to finally get them to stop billing me. The girl on the phone told me they get lots of calls like this.Update: 9/6/23 Yearly check up. Paid in full the day of the appointment. Double billed 3 weeks later. Called and she said that I only owed $61.40 instead of the $253.40 double bill. Told me it was taken care of and to wait for the new bill of $61.40.10/18/23 Just got another double bill for $253.40 instead of $61.40. Have to call again, plead my case. Worst health care provider I have ever seen in my 58 years. Have an appointment with a new Doctor that is not affiliated with this incompetent, mess of a medical care provider named Community Hospital.

Absolutely the worst hospital and staff I have ever seen. You have nurses out right lying and not reporting mandatory abuse allegations. And then the house the manager tries to cover up for them. Unfortunate for them I reported them on a normal basis to The **************** Services! I have a photos where they will put the phone out of the reach of a patient. I seen medication lying on the ground in the patient's rooms. Not to mention bringing in food to an individual that cannot feed themselves and just leaving it there and saying they're not eating. These people will definitely reap what they sow. I would not bring an animal to this facility!

Worst pediatric emergency care. The Dr. had instructions from our primary care physician what need to be done, not one was done. Son was sent home untreated. After talking with primary care physician and GI Dr and reviewing scans my son had to be taken to St ****** to receive an emergency procedure before becoming septic.

I called to make an appointment with a spine doctor at Western Colorado Spine to check my sciatica; I asked specifically for a total cost in cash without insurance, I was told $200; I went to the appointment that was very brief, the doctor only said I needed an MRI done, and at the end, I went to pay and the **** was $135.20 - I asked if that was all I needed to pay and the lady said yes. Two weeks later, I received a **** from Grand Junction Community Hospital for $362. This is not only about the amounts of money, but principles - It feels very fraudulent to lie or give false information to patients.
