    I purchased my leased vehicle through RifiJet and they were in constant contact with me before I bought the car, but once I purchased the car and started to have issues with their service, I can't get anyone to call me back. They put the wrong info on my vehicle registration and also never put in the plate decal sticker when they mailed my registration to me. Also, I bought the vehicle back in August, and I had to call them 6 weeks later to find out where my registration was. Only then was it mailed to me. I specifically told them that the garaging address was different from the mailing address on my vehicle registration and they told me that would be done correctly. I called them 2 1/2 weeks ago and twice. The first time they promised me that a supervisor/manger would call me back within 24 hours and would fix the error on my vehicle registration. Well, I was never called back from RiFiJet. So, I called the very next day and explained the situation to them. I explained to them that they put in wrong garaging address for my car and that in order for me to obtain the correct insurance and registration, they needed to fix this. Again, I was promised that I would receive a call back and never did. I just called again today, 10/17/22 and explained the situation and they again told me a manager would call me back. I am not holding my breath! I need this company to fix their mistakes, take responsibility and actually call me back and not ignore my requests.

She advised us that she had already filed a complaint with the BBB **************** able to resolve the issue stated she would remove it.     My car is in the shop @ **************** in ******, $1200 in repairs & company will not honor repair *********************************** control switch. I dont have no custom on the car all factory . They denied my claim twice & **************** tried to tell them that operates the car but it was denied, never maid a claim until now. *** Chevrolet not understanding why company wont honor

    After much effort on behalf of our staff and the staff of the claims adjuster we were able to get a copy of the work order from the repair shop.  The scope of which included issues with her radio, a ding and the transmission control switch (see attached).   While none of these items are covered under the warrenty in question, we are interested in finding an equitable resolution to this issue.  As such, we have informed ************** and the repair shop we will pay for the cost of the transmission control totaling $438.99.  I am available should there be any additional qestions.  Regards ************

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I appreciate that the company that I contact to help me refinance my car in good faith paying a portion  of the bill, I thank them for that but, they were the ones sign me with this AUL warranty . What is the purpose of having a repair warranty if all they go n to do is deny coverage. It is a Camaro with a lot of electrical parts in one that keeps the car running. Which does not list what it takes to keep the car running.I have a estate plan but AUL refer to it with a power train warranty which is not the same. I feel like Im getting a shady response to this warranty . I ask the dealership were my car is to disconnect the radio & I was told that my car will not operate so y will I b force to pay for repairs if I have a warranty.

    1st one came from ****** credit union, 2nd & 3rd came from the company ***** company that help me refinance my car to ******. *** send me a a power train. Whn I first got refinance with ****** credit union, I did not get a option with which warranty to choose. I was told it will b AUL so if I have a problem with my car take it to the repair company of my choice & all I have to do is pay a $100 deductible, but I got over $1200 in repairs. I get a good faith of a little bit over $400. I received a text from AUL that my claim was approved. But when I require abt it , I was told that it was not . The company paid a portion not AUL & I was told it was in Good faith. Thats not right. Why give me this warranty if the company is not going to honor it. As a consumer customer we rely on these companies to do us right in their company name by having a sense of relief know n that we are covered if our car need repaired. I understand wear & tear is not covered but the repairs that I needed should have been covered because my car has multiple components in one.

    I am writing to resolve an issue with an extended warranty attached to a vehicle loan. I had refinanced a vehicle early in 2023 with RefiJet. I also purchased an extended warranty that was part of the new loan. The extended warranty is clearly pushed upon you during the refinance process, as there are different loan terms/rates with or without you purchasing the warranty. I did not realize at the time that I had an existing extended warranty through the original vehicle loan and therefore after refinancing I now have 2 extended warranties. I have tried to cancel the new warranty offered through the refinance and was told that was ok and I would receive a refund that would be applied to the loan, which is acceptable. I was referred to a person at RefiJet that handles this refund. It is now approaching several months and I still have not received the refund and it is very difficult to contact anyone at RefiJet as they do not return calls.

    The consumer gave us incorrect milage at the time of cancellation (the amount he stated was less than the starting mileage) leading to the cancellation being denied.  

    The consumer is aware that we just need his updated mileage, but he said he didnt know what it was and tried to tell us again that the mileage was less than where the original milage for the application started. I called again to get the updated mileage this time with no answer and a VM left. We cant resubmit the cancellation for refund without a correct odometer reading.

    Hello,
    I am just following up on the complaint that I had filed.  The complaint is not completely resolved at this time.
    I did speak with RefiJet.  Unfortunately it took complaining to the BBB to get an adequate response.  RefiJet did inform me they contacted the warranty company responsible for the refund and it will be corrected.  I understand it may take some time to process the refund and this is understood, but until the refund is received by the bank, I do not consider the complaint closed at this time, as it was also supposed to be resolved several months ago.  I was never informed there was a processing problem and found it very difficult to contact or receive a response from anyone at RefiJet until we had to contact the BBB.  And on a side note, I do not believe the RefiJet response to this complaint to be completely accurate, as the correct mileage was given to them upon initial financing and I feel this is just a response to blame the customer for their mistake.  
    But hopefully this will be resolved soon though.

    On 4/29/22 I refinanced a vehicle through ******** It was in my ex husbands name and I had it transferred to my name and did a refinance. I have been waiting since then for the registration to be transferred in my name.I call weekly and spend hours and time on the phone then get disconnected, Ive been texting someone named **** who has been handling this and he says another 2 weeks then another 2 weeks. Its been a huge headache for me. I need help. This is such a horrible experience.Thank you

    I had been shopping around to get my vehicle refinanced to save money on my payment each month, and finally came across Refijet. I spoke with *****, and after hounding me to buy various insurances, which were just ways for them to get extra money, and was my first red flag, we finally found a much lower price range that worked for me. Then came the next red flag. I had co signed on my auto loan with a family and had to ge them removed, and sign paper work which is all understandable, until I had to find a notary, and ship the papers back to them which cost me almost $50 to do. I was never told about this, so felt mislead, but overlooked it because I was just wanting to get through this process. Now comes the part where I'm getting worried. That has been almost a month ago, and I have asked ***** about late fees for my current loan. I am getting letters and emails almsot every day from current lender about my credit, and late fees because refijet and the new lender do not seem concerned for getting this thing done. I reached out to ***** a week ago to the same rinse and repeat message, and promised I would hear something soon. But like I said that was a week ago. I'm in limbo with my credit possibly being affected, late fees have been added on for sure which the y lied about, and now I'm wondering if my car could possibly be repossessed because they are dragging their feet. At this point I am concerned with even going through this whole thing if this is how it's going to be out of the gate. I either want them to finish this job, or cancel it all together. If canceling it is the case, then I want refijet to pay my late fees, and to pay the cost for shipping those documents to them. This is rediculous.

    This consumer was assisted last week and the payoff issue was resolved.   The account was paid via ACH on 9/14/22.  A request to provide update was received on 9/19, we telephoned the consumer and there was no awnser and the voice mail was full so we could not leave a message, but ******* (our employee) called back multiple times and got through later the same day. A conference call with the consumer and lien holder acknowledged that the payoff had been received and title was being processed.  We attempted to call the consumer again today (9/27/22) to make sure all concerns were addressed and there was no answer and mailbox is full.

    August 1, 2022, **** and ***** with ******** claimed to be helping me refinance my auto loan to help me lower monthly payment, improve credit score due to recent efforts to correct damage created by ex and offer some relief of my overall debt to ratio. Once received final loan amount it was almost equal to original loan amount of when car originally purchased. When attempted to get in contact with **** or *****, neither would return my calls/ messages. Was told by another employee I would be contacted by a consumer affairs personnel yet that has still not happened either. Now I am paying a loan, starting at square one with minimal instant relief and price gauging in the long run.

    RefiJet had been calling me 3 times a day from 2 different numbers every day since the beginning of August. I tried blocking them and they still keep calling me. I unblocked them because I wanted to inform them that whoever they were trying to get in touch with they had the wrong phone number. One number is dead air and the other number just hangs up on you. I want them to stop harassing me right now!

    To Whom This May ********** Wednesday, July 25th, 2022,I spoke with ***** from RefiJet. After being extremely rude (talking over me, using incorrect pronouns, lying), she agreed to sign the cancellation document to absolve my contract with ********. as of Monday, August 1st, 2022, she has not signed the document. No one is picking up the phone at cancellations and I am in dire need of getting this resolved. Earlier last week, my coverage was denied with ******** because they deemed my vehicle as a business vehicle (even though it is not). I asked to cancel my contract and that was not a problem, however I needed to have a signature from RefiJet to complete the cancellation. *****, who was egregiously insensitive and tacky on the phone, finally said she would sign and send it to them. Unfortunately, I called ******** today to see the status of the cancellation, and nothing has been sent to them. I do have emails supporting this.

    This corporate harasses me multiple times a day with calls to my cell phone. I have repeatedly tried to say do not call me but they will hang up before I can finish the statement and do not confirm that I can be added to their do not call list. This is a violation of federal laws as they must allow me to be on a do not call list, but rather they will hang up immediately when I note this. This firm should be held criminally liable for the continual harassment and efforts to get around Do Not Call laws.

    This application has been closed (deal lost) since July 29th. The phone number on the application is associated with another party who appears to be the consumers spouse and the name of the consumer that filed the complaint is not present on the application. These calls do not appear to be coming from Refijet as all our records show that since this application was closed no calls have been made.  The possibility exists that the original lead source may have give out the information to other companies and that other companies attempting to reach this consumer.  Please contact me with any additional questions or concerns.

    The Company Refijet continues to call & text me on multiple different numbers as well as sending me emails even after i continue to block them.

    I reviewed the logs further and we did have an agent make a manual attempt but the consumer was not reached and they did not reply to the *** that was sent by the agent or call back. I dont see any evidence that indicates that this consumer requested to stop any form of communication from us. The app is closed out and I found no other live duplicates - they will not get any more comm from us.
