The company falsely reported om my credit report in September, 2023. The company stopped servicing my mortgage since 2019. My mortgage is with Right path mortgage servicing LLC, which all payment on my account is auto payment with my bank.This charge have hindered other mortgage companies to approve my loan except it is removed from my credit report.Also, I have tried to reach them via email and phone to remove another false charge filed on my account in 2019. They have failed to resolve the issue either through email correspondence or phone. I have substantial evidence to prove my case.This business need to be shut down because they are a scam and defrauding people of their hard earned money through the loan conditions.Business response

My parents started a land contract with Vision Properties out of SC back in 2015, here recently they've gotten letters from state bridge telling them that they have X amount of days to leave the property. My parents have paid rent on time every month, thus far totally $52,530, the total cost of the house was ****** when they singed the lease/contract in 2015. The lease was ended in June 2022 but because Vision Properties had been in trouble for embezzling money from people my mom wasn't unable to contact anyone about renewing the lease, but they continued to pay rent to avoid being evicted. They have all rent receipts from May 2015 to current. Anytime my parents talk to State Bridge on the phone they won't answer any questions, they are rude and they tell my parents that some guy bought the house. What can they do. Right now they have until January 10th to find somewhere to live, my dad is in a wheelchair and my mom is unable to work due to taking care of my dad and not being able to drive. State Bruh as been doing this to them for a few months now and they can't get a professional answer nor someone to explain to them exactly what is going on and why! It's not right, they are basically stealing the house from my parents. When state bridge first contacted my parents they only had ***** left to pay off the house.Business response

Posting principle balances to an Unapplied ledger account: I've warned and reached out to the investor of this loan regarding this kind of behavior...and it continues on each month... I distinctly request online that any addition payments being made to the account be placed to my principle...The company should be liable for interest to me because they held my case where it should not have been... Then they keep places money in an escrow which Informed them not to because I pay my own realEstate taxes and homeowners insurance...Business response

This company State bridge and lawyer ***************** are scammers. They are all low life thugs who are intentionally stealing homes. The y tried to extort money from me and do a back deal sale. They are currently under investigation by the *** and I will do everything in my Power to send all parties to prison for taking part in the scam. They tell you your payments are late when there not- scam- they tell you they never received payments when they have- scam- low life thugs . They inflate loan amounts that is not true- They shut down there online payment system intentionally. They do not answer there phones intentionally. I have had crooks threaten my daughter and demanding payment-I would not pay these crooks a dime more. They are going straight to h*** for the disgusting scams they are pulling. ******************************* and ************************* were brought down for scams and your next Statebridge and lawyers!Business response

Unfortunately, StateBridge Company is a loan servicer that acquired my second mortgage in 2017. Prior to their company acquiring the loan, I'm not sure what happened to the previous servicer, but I had not received any bills/statements since my 1st mortgage was paid off in 2016. In fact, I contacted StateBridge because I needed an escrow account to accommodate payment of my property taxes. I got behind in the mortgage payment and StateBridge proceeded with foreclosing on my home but failed to send me any paperwork regarding the matter. When I found out I was in foreclosure November of 2022, I contacted their attorney and requested assistance through ILHAF. I received assistance, attended court proceedings, and finally became caught up July 2023. Throughout this process, I continued to receive generic mortgage statements that did not reflect the escrow account, the pay-out from ILHAF. or a pay-off amount. My specific complaint lies with *************************, the only rep (I've been told every time I call) that can provide me with information regarding my account. According to the reps who answer the toll- free phone, **** has no manager, no email address that can be given to customers, no specific times or days to be reached. I received a letter this month that states, call ************************* for information on the status of my loan and to provide me with options moving forward. I have called several times and I have not received a call back to date.Business response

My mortgage loan was transferred to statebridge on a statement in April 2023 my loan amount was reflecting to be 77k in a statement from July 2023 my loan suddenly increased back to ********* when I called I was advised a loan modification was made on 8/1/22 when I asked who authorized and why wasnt a notified she said it had to do due to the maturity of the loan mind you my loan is supposed to be a ******************************************* regards to the modification to compare the new terms all I was sent was an original modification checklist I requested original contract and was sent information about index and interest general loan info that had no relation to my specific loan I called back spoke to a different rep I requested a verification of debt he stated the two documents that were sent were the only thing they had on file its absurd to me theres no record of the original loan / payment history/new terms I requested a supervisor he stated he would need 30 mins to supposedly gather info and call me back refused to provide a supervisor I am desperately trying to get help and clarification Ive been paying on my home since 2007 I am elderly and sick its unfair they take advantage of the elderly who have no knowledge in this concept and raise modifications without notifying an owner its unfair to have my loan increase 20k without any explanation nor guidance I am not behind on my mortgage for this to have happenedBusiness response
