I have had to take two ambulance rides as a result of two different emergencies on 12/06/2022 and 04/12/2022. The first was a gash to the head and possible concussion and vomiting. The second was a miscarriage. I have Tricare Prime in the West region because of my active duty spouse. I have given them my insurance MULTIPLE times and called MULTIPLE times and it is saying that my insurance wasnt active when I know it has to be active but they are billing it to tricare east and I am in tricare west so one of my bills is showing as pending charges which I dont know what that means because my insurance has no claims as I have called and asked them. And my second ******************* saying its due. I know that I have insurance and I know that it was active during both of these incidents but neither have been paid and Im scared the first one has gone to collections or something because I know the claim hasnt been sent to my insurance but when I call nobody has any answers and I can barely understand the operators and dont think they understand what I am trying to say.

**** ID: **** - 9875 - 3369 was paid by my insurance as confirmed by insurance provider and AMR via their customer support phone team yet I keep receiving reminder text messages and emails that there is an outstanding balance on my account with American Medical Response. I have asked that these fraudulent reminder messages to stop but to no avail. Please ensure that this issue is resolved on AMRs side so that they do not incorrectly send my information to collections and damage my credit score like they did with so many customers who also reported to BBB. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because there has been many reports of AMR double billing people for services not rendered. I am not the first person to be harassed by AMR for non-payment by the insurance company or myself. If AMR submitted a legitimate claim to my insurance provider, they wouldve been paid once for it. It appears that AMR is trying to **** me multiple times for the same service. This is a known issue that has been reported to BBB from other consumers. Please stop emailing and texting me about fraudulent missing payments. I want this resolved so that it does not affect my credit or other harm to my character.

      Sincerely,
