    My son has purchased two vehicles from Booth motors within the last 6 months. The first car he purchased had issues immediately. His car started shaking the day after he purchased it. It was then that we realized that two of the wheels had only been held on by one lug nut each. Their response was “sorry about that“. After looking closely at the car it was obvious that the front bumper had been zip tied on. Needless to say, my son was involved in an accident, and the car was totaled out. I don’t believe the car was totaled out because of the damage from the accident. I believe it was totaled out, because to get it in safe working order, it would cost way more than the value of the car. Because Booth worked with his current lender, he needed to finance again through them. He is a young adult, with very little credit. Not bad credit, just lack of credit. He purchased his second car from booth motors at the end of July. Within a week, the car started shaking terribly. After taking it in to be looked at, he learned that two of the wheels were bent and needed to be replaced. He had to spend $1500 for a set of new wheels. Two weeks later, the car had to be towed to a dealership because it would no longer run. After paying the towing fee, the dealer had a chance to take a look at it. They let us know that the transmission had gone out. When we called booth, and let them know we haven’t even owns a vehicle a month, their response was “good thing you bought a warranty“. Even though my son has the extended warranty, it will be costing us close to $1000 to have this replaced. The warranty does not cover taxes or the fluids needed for the new transmission. On top of this, my son has been without a vehicle for the last two weeks. It it seems to be very obvious that booth motors does not care about the safety of their clients. Otherwise, they would not sell them unsafe vehicles.

    This company has been one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with, rude and immature staff, I bought a car Friday evening and Saturday evening I took the car Cadillac CTS on the interstate with my mom and my little sister in the car when I heard a few thunks, I just thought that my sister was throwing something out the window when Id asked her. She told me no going home feeling the way my car was driving and listening to some weird noises, I parked for the night and in the morning, went out and looked at it walked to the driver side and there was three Lugnuts missing off of one tire not to mention that couldve been some serious danger to anybody in the vehicle that is negligence on there, staff and when I called the company asking them if they could replace the Lugnuts, it seems as though after I spoke with one person and they told me they been the next day still havent seen them or heard from them. Nobody will speak to me or communicate with me on a mature level, even manager will not speak as an adult when I told him that his employee had spoke to my son the way he did saying that they would keep his $5600. He put down on the car and then repo the car when trying to speak with him about taking the warranty off of the vehicle, they seem to be very immature and will not communicate with you and speak to you and tell you whats going on. They like to mock you talk over you and ramble over you for them to replace the Lugnuts have a conversation about this warranty instead of being rude and adjusting and acting like they dont know what is going on when theyre supposed to be a professional company communicate about what Im asking them to cancel lets not forget what happened with the car the day after purchase was very negligent very wrong and there shouldve been action toward their employees and they shouldve been spoken to yet. Nobody seem to know what was going on when I called the next afternoon .
