We hired LNC Construction to finish our basement. We added a full bathroom, bedroom, family room and game room from blueprints we previously had drawn up by a different company. Logan the owner of LNC worked with us closely on the entire project. He provided us with a complete labor, materials, and timeframe phase list and itemized all costs. The project was completed on time, 8k under budget and looks great. Like all construction projects problems arise. Logan addressed each issue and provided solid solutions and workarounds that made sense and enhanced the final product. Not once did we feel stressed or worried about the build, the project went very well and we were very happy. You could set your watch by his electrician Mark who showed up daily at exactly the same time ready for work. His contractors were efficient and experienced. Logan worked with us to keep the project within our budget and his ideas and suggestions were both helpful and on point. Logan fabricated a custom barn door and countertops that are outstanding in quality and detail. Their work is quality and above all honest. The entire process was explained and straight forward with no hidden costs or surprises. I would not hesitate to hire LNC Construction for any home improvement or repair project.Review from Michael A

Avoid.... We hired LNC Construction to build a bedroom and bathroom in our basement. What started as a promising build ended poorly. The owner, Logan A******, make verbal promises throughout the project then towards the ends when we reminded him said, "well if I said that I guess I did not mean it." That was not the biggest issue we had. We had him install our tiled shower which end up being very amateur work. Additionally he incorrectly graded and sloped the floor so the shower does not drain properly. When we contacted him to address that he simply walked away from the job. We emailed, called, texted, sent messages via messenger all which went unanswered. I even called him from my work phone which he did answer but they acted like he could not hear me. All in all I would not recommend using LNC Construction. It's unfortunate because is electrician Mark is a solid worker and an honest person but the same cannot be said for Logan A******.
