      I am a Landlord and have rented to Traveling Nurses and other medical personnel. I filled out a review from one of our boarders. I thought I would go ahead and list the property on Furnished Finder. Filled out everything and paid my $99. Then came their Verification process. I filled in everything correct. They claim the last mortgage amount was wrong. I offered to have the ** of the bank call them to testify on m y behalf. I asked for a call from a supervisor. 2 weeks later I have gotten 2 emails saying they tried calling and could not get through. I check every call from those days morning to night and nothing from them at all. No messages - No calls. I have many units and multiple mortgages. I have a credit score with TransUnion 779 and Equifax 816. If I can't qualify I seriously wonder who can.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It took over a month to get any kind of satisfaction. The last girl ******* finally followed through enough to get me verified. All the emails I sent and it was an automatic reply that you had tried to call which was an out and out false  Statement. No one ever attempted to call me if I had not called back for the 4th time and finally got **************** still would not be verified on your website. No one should have to go through it I went through.

      This company is conducting fraudulent activities by collecting money from people and not refunding because the listing is active. I have been calling for a month now and they are refusing to give me a refund. I explained to them that I do not like the way their portal works because it doesnt work and I requested to refund the same day that my listing went live. They say that they will call you back and it takes them weeks to call you back. They called back before seven in the morning on purpose and do not leave a phone number or name to call back. I have proof that there system doesnt work properly. And I would like a refund fully.

      I paid $99 on August 22, to list a property in ***********. I tried to verify my identity a total of 2 times and I got locked out. Then I reached out to customer service at 9:41 PM. I was told someone contact me the next day by 9:30 AM. On Tuesday August 23 no one called from Furnished Finders. By this time I had put in 3 support tickets. I also called at 10:16 AM. I was told by the **** *** it can take up to 12 hours for a response." I waited. 12 hours passed. I called at 3:18 PM. Then I was told, *** it can take 24 - 48 hours for the ****************** to review your request for verification." I also asked why did not one return the call that I scheduled for help. I was told, *** I'm not sure why." So I made another online request for help at 8:30 on August 23. No one called again. Then 9:26 PM on August 22, I got an email to try again. I was given one time to try. I read all the questions...called the credit bureau and still...failed again. No I am upset. 1. You have to scroll and read the terms of conditions under Services, Section 1.2. Furnished Finder can eliminate your account very easily and they can take your money if you cannot pass a background check. (Funny...they do have technology now that does facial recognition that can verify you easily buy sending a link) 2. You will not know that there is credit verification until AFTER YOU PAY THE **** It's listed under terms and conditions but most people are going to trust that if they pay for a service if there is a hiccup they can be helped. 3. I put in two request for a call back for help with verification and still...nothing. 4. You cannot use a state ID to verify. Go figure not everyone can afford a car so maybe they don't drive for another reason. A lot of people do have state IDs but maybe don't have a license. That does not mean they are less of a person. If I cannot get help, or get verified, then I want my money back.

      I signed up with Furnished Finder and paid $99 on June 16, 2022. I was assured there were many leads and requests in my immediate area and that I would have no trouble finding a tenant. (I also had the home listed on other platforms with inquiries coming in frequently). I never read any request on the website that lined up with what our property offered as far as size, price, etc. I never got any leads at ALL. In fact some of the requests on the website seemed a bit canned and suspect as to authenticity. I did change the date of availability after I booked some time from other platforms but still, during this process not once did I get any leads despite how reassuring the salesperson had been. I requested a refund when I finally accepted that no one was ever going to want a house like mine based on the requests published on the website. I was told that was not possible. I asked the request be escalated and was still denied. Then I read all the numerous complaints very similar to mine. Iam just one of many this has happened to. This company is a scam and they don't tell the truth when. They tell you what you want to hear but they don't deliver and then say they dont refund blah blah blah. I just want my $99 refunded. I will also be contacting my bank on the next available business day to dispute the charge. I paid for a service/product and did not receive it.

      My husband’s phone number has been listed as a contact for a property in Furnish Finder which is a site for traveling nurses to find a place to live while working at the local hospital. The location of our home is also on the site although the photos are not our property. We keep getting texts asking if property is available. I called Furnish Finder. I gave them the phone number but she said there wasn’t anything she could do. We just wanted phone number taken off. Its misleading for nurses looking for a place to live.

      I filed a complaint with BBB ID # ********. I want to say the issue has been resolved. We continued to have contact with each other until it was resolved. I was very pleased as to how it was handled. ***** *

      The sales person told me there were 200 leads in my area for only 11 listings, making me confident that I could find a match. However when I signed up, there was only one lead, and the customer service rep told me it averaged 3 per month (that one lead, also, was VERY freaked out I had her number, and did NOT like being contacted). I requested a refund within 24 hours, and they balked, as they had "provided me with a lead already". So I'm out all my money. DO NOT work with this company, they will lie. I have never left a review before for any company, as I am typically very non-confrontational. However I'd like to **** fellow landlords about this company.

      I was contacted by the company about listing my property. I was very exact in the fact that I am not interested in having a tenant less than six months. I could not have been more clear about that fact. I was aware that most stays are for 3 months or less, so that is why I wanted to be very clear about my minimum-6-month-lease requirement. I purchased the evening of July 7th and it was immediately clear that I had been mislead. ZERO people were asking for 6 month stays. Is this something that I could have verified before paying the $99, NO because you can not look at the inquires until you pay the $99. Had I been able to see that I would have never paid the money. Why on earth would I pay for a service that is not going to provide me the service I am looking for? It is now the morning of July 8th, I submitted a ticket because there isn't a direct number to billing. I also called the company to be told that "they do allow refunds except once you list your property you can not have a refund" Which just means no refunds because like I stated earlier, you can not see what people are looking for without listing your property. So the customer is then trapped because you can not see what people are looking for until you pay, but once you see that there is no one looking for minimum 6 month stays you no longer can receive a refund because you listed your property. I can not directly speak to billing directly and have to trust and rely that the customer service personal I spoke to is submitting my full request which is impossible because you don't get an email to see what they wrote to billing. These are terrible business practices and can't believe that I need to fill out a BBB report for something that could have easily been resolved if the company was transparent. The pictures attached will show that you are not able to see what people are looking for until you pay. This means you must rely on the word of the person handling the account.

      The site I believe is a front for collecting personal information and scamming potential hosts. I signed up and provided the necessary information about my property and personal information and copies of ID to get verified. They notified me that I passed verification but there was a separate automated verification for the property. This is where the scam is. They have all your information and the verification is all bogus questions to verify my identify. I answered properly and was denied 3 times. I attempted the support and they replied saying I was refunded because once you fail there is no way to verify again. Had I not left browser open this message would have never been seen since additional attempts to log in has deleted my listing completely. These listings take a very long time to complete. I did receive a refund but the company got what they wanted which was all my personal information and a copy of my ID. I am fearful my identify could be in jeopardy from them.
