Complete waste of money. Perhaps you will have better luck than I did, but I was only given three leads during the time I had my room published on Furnished Finders. Each of these leads did not even fit the dates that the room was available. I was able to find someone to rent the room elsewhere. I reached out to Furnished Finders to see if I could be refunded my money, since I had only been active on the site for 10 days, they were unwilling to understand the situation as well as even consider the refund. The only thing they offered was to pause or transfer the account to someone else. This was not a viable option since I am moving out of the place listed in 6 months, and will no longer need any type of service then. I continued to explain this, and they were still unwilling to work with me and provided a solution that worked for both me and them. I will never recommend this to someone that is trying to list a room for nurses through Furnished Finders.Business response

I purchased about 6 months ago membership to Furnished Finder with the understanding that they had thousands of medical professional requests seeking housing in *******. They claim to have 13 million annual users, and I have gotten about 2 inquiries and that was after I put a message on the board for the nurses. I really believe this is a scram business. The reason I say this is because the 2 people that I have talked to have the same script. I paid $99, plus an additional fee. and after two weeks of not getting any tenants reaching out to me, I requested a refund and they denied my request. Something is wrong. I want my refund. But more importantly I think this company needs to be investigated. I have been busy, but I think I need to figure out how to reach out to others that has joined to see if the have gotten any tenants. I prepared my extra room for this. And I live near all the major hospitals in ********* and nothing. Not one rental since I joined months ago. But according to them they have thousands of medical professionals in my area. I need my refund or I am reaching out to my Grovanor, County Executive, Consumer Affairs for advice.Business response

On August 27 I started the process of listing an apartment with Furnished Finder. I immediately had to pay a $99.00 fee up front in order to access their website and list my property. I had everything completed except the verification process which was through Transunion. I formally had a freeze on my account, but had done a temporary lift on it because I was working with a mortgage company that needed to pull a report. Over the course of nearly two weeks, I attempted to go through the verification process probably 10 times, only to have their broken system continue to tell me they could not verify my account because of a credit freeze. I called Transunion and they told me that FF needed to reset my account. I contacted FF both verbally and in writing. Their stance was it was not a problem on their end. It clearly is on their end. Since I was working with two mortgage companies and they had no problems. I want my $99 back. There is a website for FF.com.pissed.consumer. Dishonest.Business response

September 2, 2021, i paid to set up service, had problems with it put in a ticket for someone to call, no one called, so I called and problems were to be fixed, but was never fixed so I requested my money back and to cancel/delete the account no one called me backBusiness response

Without permission, Funished Finder charged my credit card for a renewal profile that I did not consent to. I believe their website and company does a very poor job about their transparency for the renewal of their services and will not consider a refund for an annual membership.Business response

I am a landlord in *********** ******** who was so excited to be part of providing a safe and clean place to our hospital heroes. I was equally thrilled to select Furnished Finders to be my partner. I was all set up to go, spent $3,000 on furniture, hired a professional photographer and set up my page in FF. The last step was verification. The questions were so confusing. Can you remember the type of car you drove 45 years ago? What about choosing the address where you lived, but the house number was a rental and you didn't live there. So, I failed. Three times That was when I was told three times and you are banned for life. What? Nothing on the website tells you that. No appeal process. I'm old school and believe computers should not take the place of the common sense of people. I totally get that the safety of renters is if the upmost important but I can prove who I am and that I own this property. I am a retired executive, not a scammer. I just want my property listed.Business response

On July 1, 2021 I signed up with Furnished Finders to rent rooms to traveling nurses in my area. I set up my account and customer service was available to assist. I was informed that 7,000 traveling nurses in my area would be looking for housing. I had my listing looked at several times and it was approved. I paid 99$ plus 39$ for the second room. I have not received 1 viable lead. There are several hospitals nearby within 7 miles of my home. I will send the emails to you and receipts. I feel I was over promised and paid for a service that brought me nothing to work with. Once a request for refund began, I was promised a supervisor would contact me. Judy never reached out. Natalia, a first line representative, forwarded me the refund policy, closed the case and sent me a request for review if her service. I also was speaking with a representative via Instagram who informed me he updated my account and I will be getting leads. No leads arrived. Please assist me in obtaining a refund.Business response
