Cornerstone Roofing, specifically *********************, is a *****. He doesn't pay his bills! He authorized eight, full-size, color ads for our newspaper beginning in February (which I have proof of) and owes us $3500. He won't answer our calls or respond email/invoicing. This is a warning - watch out for this guy - he is a lier.Review from Gwen L

Horrible communication. Signed a contract in 2021 and they blew it off. I made over 30 phone calls in a 9 month period to find out when the work was to be scheduled. When I could reach someone, they said they would look into it and call back, but they only called back when I inquired about canceling the contract and said they would *** me for 15%. I had to wait one year for the contract to expire, meanwhile putting off a much needed roof replacement.Not sure why they have such a high rating. Our experience was bizarre and unprofessional. Holding the customer hostage for one year while they don't return calls or make an attempt to fulfill the contract.Review from Tina P.

Everyone that we came in contact with from the time the quote was given on my roofing needs until the time our *************** were brought to us was totally professional. Three men were assigned to the project and showed up as expected on the pre scheduled start date. They all busted their butts until my roof was finished. They left the area around my house clean and nail free. I will definitely recommend Cornerstone Roofing & Gutter to everyone i know.Review from Sandra Y

I had nothing but professionalism with all the staff from the beginning to the end. I found their integrity spoke volume to me and being a local company was even more favorable. I had 2 other companies look at my roof and one came unannounced and was on my roof the other was so expensive. When it was told me the price I was okay and their assistance with the insurance was even better for me, they took care of it so I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs roofing problems resolved. Cornerstone made this experience easier than I would have imagined. They came out gave me my bid and helped deal with my insurance company. They even came to my house to pickup payment instead of having to mail or go to the office. Thank you all so much for all your hard work.Review from Sandy B

Terrible customer service. After agreeing to a roof and gutter replacement, the roof replacement workers showed up unannounced and unscheduled. The rough and aggressive tear down of the old shingles vibrated the ceiling so much glass globes from four ceiling fixtures fell and broke. Then there was the damage that was caused when the old roof shingles were removed during the worst monsoon rains. They did cover the exposed plywood sheets but did not cover the eave faceplate edges. The faceplates swelled with all the rains because they failed to reshingle the roof for almost 1 week. They did finally reshingle but the workers said I needed to contact the owner in regards to my complaints. I called the company almost every day trying to resolve the damage issues, and they have yet to call me back. They also have yet to replace the gutters, and again this is after they tore the old ones down. I do not trust the quality of the new roof and especially the management. Do not use this company and save yourself alot of anxiety and money.
