Made an appointment online and took off work to be home for it. Called 15 minutes after the appointment time frame had ended and was told I dont know what to tell you. I dont have access to online bookings. when I asked if someone was still coming. Dont offer scheduling options that dont actually get anyone on the schedule!Review from Jennifer N

We began working with Cornerstone two months ago- our job still isn't complete. I have found that there is little to no communication on their end. I have had to initiate phone calls, texts, and emails to get status updates on the work that still needs to be done on our house. I have spoken to the receptionist more than anyone else. I do not recommend Cornerstone at all. I was optimistic about working with them but now am frustrated with the lack of communication and drawn out time frame.Review from Lori K

Cornerstone Roofing, specifically *********************, is a *****. He doesn't pay his bills! He authorized eight, full-size, color ads for our newspaper beginning in February (which I have proof of) and owes us $3500. He won't answer our calls or respond email/invoicing. This is a warning - watch out for this guy - he is a lier.Review from Gwen L

Horrible communication. Signed a contract in 2021 and they blew it off. I made over 30 phone calls in a 9 month period to find out when the work was to be scheduled. When I could reach someone, they said they would look into it and call back, but they only called back when I inquired about canceling the contract and said they would *** me for 15%. I had to wait one year for the contract to expire, meanwhile putting off a much needed roof replacement.Not sure why they have such a high rating. Our experience was bizarre and unprofessional. Holding the customer hostage for one year while they don't return calls or make an attempt to fulfill the contract.
