      The company hired by The **** ***** to deliver my washing machine drove off my driveway and got stuck in my yard. They were driving a duley pickup truck with a trailer. They caused ruts in my yard that are 6 to 8 inches deep. They had to have a tractor pull them out. This has made it impossible to mow my yard where the ruts are and has just caused a mess in my yard. The ruts need dirt placed in them to repair the damage that they caused. This occured on 12-6-23 and I've been trying to contact them since then. The phone number that **** ***** provided me is not a working number. I have emailed them twice and have not got a response back from them. The claim # is ******************. Any help or guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, ****** *****

      On December 28th, 2023 XPO was scheduled to complete the task of taking the base of my ******* ********* up one flight of stairs and assembling the treadmill. An XPO team had already delivered the three boxes (on December 12th), but my staircase railing needed to be removed for the box to fit upstairs and the job be completed. I removed the railing, and rescheduled delivery/assembly to the 28th. The boxes have been sitting in my house for three weeks now. When the second team arrived, one young man did not even know what he was there for. He immediately laughed and said they were refusing to take the base upstairs, even though my order with XPO notes that I have stairs (according to the regional manager). I have now taken 2 days off of work to have this treadmill set up, and will have to take a third day off in January. I have lost the potential earned income of $480 (three days of work taken off) due to this. The workers were rude, smoking a vape in my face, showed up 6 hours late, and did not even attempt to complete their job. Both of their direct bosses spoke with me and were confused by why the two workers were refusing to do the job. It's despicable that XPO hires these lazy, incompetent employees. XPO is hired to deliver and lift large/heavy objects. It's incomprehensible why they have workers who are allowed to say "no, it's heavy" and not be reprimanded for it. I have wasted time and money waiting for this delivery to be completed, and I am seeking reparations from XPO for the distress and immense inconvenience this has caused me.

      Since initially filing this complaint, I had a new date set for setup of the equipment. 18 hours prior to the new date, XPO called and told me they were actually "unavailable" on the set date and did not have a new date to give me. I have waited 2 days since then, with no meaningful update and six ignored calls.

      My wife ordered a gift for me on the 15th of December. XPO received it shipment and it was on a truck and made it to *********** *** ******, where it has been sitting since the 25th. It was scheduled for delivery on the 27th in ********. On the 28th I called and XPO stated there has been some weather delaying the shipment. Now it’s going to take until Tuesday January 2 before it will arrive if the weather holds. ****** shows that there has been no weather issues from the 26th till now that would delay this shipment. The XPO rep is as lier and this company is the worst.

      This company (Justin Davis) said they would send me a check for damage that occurred when my washer was delivered to my second home at **** *********** **** ******** ***** ******** *****. I have called him several times and sent emails dating back to October 3, 2023. RE: Damage Claim # ************** Each time I called he said he isn't sure why I haven't received the check for $250???? He claims he will look into it. The check is to be mailed to my other home in Michigan. He said it would not be a problem. I called again today 11/8 and he said he has no idea what happened????? I asked if I could speak to someone else and he said no. My ******** address where the check is suppose to go is: **** **** **** ***** **** *********** ** ****** * think they are trying to scam me being I'm a senior Citizen. I have never heard of so many excuses and NO CHECK! Please help

      XPO tried to deliver a damaged shipment to ******* on September 5, 2023 (XPO has told us they would never pick up a shipment if damaged.) A complaint was filed by ******* in September with XPO for the damage of our shipment. No resolution to our claim has been confirmed. Pictures of the damaged shipment by XPO are attached. ******* is still waiting 7 weeks later for the claim to be processed. ******* has also asked where the damaged shipment is located, to possibly sort through the damaged shipment to see if anything can be salvaged. ******* has outstanding orders for customers. This is medical grade tubing that is used with medical ventilators. The contents of the shipment dollar amount is $15,280.22. ******* currently is without tubing, and the product has a 12 week lead time delivery. The vendor will also not accept an order from us until their invoice is paid. XPO keeps telling us the claim is under review, and there is nothing they can do about it. Numerous emails have been sent to XPO including the last email we would be filing with the better business bureau. ******* has not received a reply from the 3 employees on the XPO email. ******* would like XPO to pay for the shipment they damaged in the amount of $15,280.22, and XPO to issue a credit for the damaged freight invoice they are trying to collect from *******.

      On September 27, 2023 I paid $715.00 for a quote to pickup a freight package and deliver it to my home. This estimate was provided to me over the phone via the customer care team. Today, October 23, 2023, there was a charge added to my credit card for an additional 613.00. There was no explanation for that there would be an additional charges. How can they get a shipping charge so wrong that I end up paying twice the cost.

      The incident occurred while an XPO Logistics truck was en route to my aunt's residence. The delivery was initially coordinated through **** *****, under Claim Number ***********, and subsequently subcontracted to XPO Logistics company, which assigned a second Claim Number, ******. Due to the negligence of the driver, the truck was too tall to safely navigate under the power line connected to my house, resulting in catastrophic damage to my property. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter through proper channels, I have received minimal communication from both **** ***** and XPO Logistics. This lack of responsiveness, coupled with the poor treatment I have received throughout this ordeal, has exacerbated the situation and leaves me with no choice but to escalate the matter. Your company's handling of this incident has been nothing short of abysmal, and it is high time for a resolution.

      Canceled load they agreed to pickup multiple times with no notification. Constant lying and blaming shipping pickup business claiming they had no product to ship. When confronted about them making up lies they said to choose another carrier

      Xpo delivered my carbon fiber car hood in a box that was visible destroyed, upon opening the item of course the hood was destroyed! I called the ******* xpo office and the losers I spoke with told me the parcel was reported damaged by the freight driver back in ***** *** **. The item was damaged on second out stop from ********** ** **! THEY DECIDED TO NOT INFORM ME, WASTE MY TIME THEN PROCEEDED TO DELIVER THE HOOD DESTROYED..there's something seriously wrong here!! The hood is carbon fiber and can't be repaired nor am I willing to have a repaired item on my 75K show car.

      XPO Logistics continues to send *********** invoices for services that were never rendered to ***********. These invoices are dated in October and November 2021. I have sent email correspondence to them and spoken to their accounting department explaining that their invoices are sent to *********** in error. I have sent them proof of their error and they continue to hassle *********** with these invoices. I'm beginning to wonder if this company is sending out fraudulent invoices to innocent businesses with hopes that the invoices will just be paid. *********** ********** is a church and we honor the donor dollars that support our ministries. *********** pays their vendors for services rendered to *********** but in this case, this vendor has not rendered services to *********** and continues to hassle *********** with these invoices.
