      Xpo delivered my carbon fiber car hood in a box that was visible destroyed, upon opening the item of course the hood was destroyed! I called the ******* xpo office and the losers I spoke with told me the parcel was reported damaged by the freight driver back in ***** *** **. The item was damaged on second out stop from ********** ** **! THEY DECIDED TO NOT INFORM ME, WASTE MY TIME THEN PROCEEDED TO DELIVER THE HOOD DESTROYED..there's something seriously wrong here!! The hood is carbon fiber and can't be repaired nor am I willing to have a repaired item on my 75K show car.

      XPO Logistics continues to send *********** invoices for services that were never rendered to ***********. These invoices are dated in October and November 2021. I have sent email correspondence to them and spoken to their accounting department explaining that their invoices are sent to *********** in error. I have sent them proof of their error and they continue to hassle *********** with these invoices. I'm beginning to wonder if this company is sending out fraudulent invoices to innocent businesses with hopes that the invoices will just be paid. *********** ********** is a church and we honor the donor dollars that support our ministries. *********** pays their vendors for services rendered to *********** but in this case, this vendor has not rendered services to *********** and continues to hassle *********** with these invoices.

      BEWARE! This company is full of scammers and liars! Was scheduled a washer and dryer delivery for today between 3-7 , received a text this morning that it would be earlier. Canceled all of my plans for the day in anticipation of this delivery only to be lied to and let down. I was outside for 2 min when I got 2 missed calls from im assuming the delivery driver, I immediately called back several times (I have screenshots to prove) and no answer. I continued to track the delivery only to see him moving further away from my area and suddenly I got an exclamation point error message so I called to speak to customer service. I was patronized and there were lies that the delivery driver stated that no one was home. There were 4 ADULTS all home ALL DAY and I was outside, not ONCE did a truck show up. Even when they called, I never got a voicemail and no one knocked on my door. Customer “resolution center” and their manager was zero help. The first thing the manager said upon getting on the phone was “I understand you missed your delivery” NO I did NOT miss the delivery. You all never even ATTEMPTED to deliver it! This is all unacceptable! The pure laziness and dishonesty of this company is mind blowing! I will be escalating this situation! No wonder they have an F rating with the BBB.

      XPO came to deliver a fridge. The fridge was damaged. When I expressed my frustration, the driver told me to calm down, because his daughter was in the delivery truck. I told him that it was unacceptable to bring his child on a commercial delivery. He then said that he was taking the fridge back, and my baby's milk would have to spoil because I questioned why he brought a CHILD on an appliance delivery. Despite pleading to give me the fridge so my child could eat later that day, he refused. His coworker hit me with a cardboard box. Seriously, could you hire * ****** ***** ** ***** *****. I am considering filing a police report, because they stole my fridge.

      On 07/06/2023 XPO Logistics Freight, Inc. picked up a pallet of merchandise from our company in ********* ** going to La* ****** **, the pallet never arrived at the destination. The merchandise on the pallet was worth $20,185.12 and was prepaid by the customer. This pallet needs to be found and either sent back to us or sent to the customer. This pallet was wrapped in black shrink wrap, clearly marked with fragile stickers, and had two purchase order slips attached.

      ******* contracted XPO to deliver and install 4 appliances for me. On the scheduled day, they brought the appliances but no parts and no tools. They asked to borrow my husband’s tools. Out of the 4 appliances, only one was installed that day, using the old line from the old refrigerator. They came out again to install the dishwasher and microwave and again did not have proper tools. They zip tied the drainage hose of the dishwasher, using my husband’s zip ties. They claimed they could not install the stove because they could not get the gas line off the old stove and that I would need to hire a plumber to remove it. The plumber I hired said it was unnecessary and removed it, saying they just needed the proper tool. The third time someone was scheduled to come out to install the gas range, I was told they weren’t licensed to install gas appliances. They then had to reschedule for another team to come out. I do not work from home, and the 4 days I had to take off were unpaid. The representative I worked with at XPO ensured me I could get reimbursed for the unnecessary plumber. I called in my claim for $187 and never heard anything back.

      Accepted delivery of our new appliance with significant damage caused from installer trying to force it through the door frame. Damage was sustained to my screen door and its casing as well as my trim work. In addition, my brand new kitchen floor was scratched in multiple places. The appliance itself also took considerable damage as a result. I provided documentation of these with photos for the business to review so that a proper remedy can be obtained.

      XPO Logistics violated Tractor Supply delivery agreements which clearly state customers must inspect and refuse damaged goods upon delivery. Circumventing this, they dumped the product unannounced on a city curb, making no attempt to text, call, email nor alert the customer (me) that is was being delivered. After dark, I discovered broken boxes and shattered glass, clearly broken by the impact of being dumped, unannounced. The loss due to XPO negligence is $1,500.       Yesterday 6/27/23 I was told me order would be shipped Wednesday 6/28/2023. I spoke with 4 service center reps and they have all bounce me around. I was told yesterday my order would be on Wednesday 6/28/2023 between the times of 9AM - 1PMEST. I spoke with various service reps and it seems no one knows what is going on. Or able to provide me any information based on the shipping XPO Logistics tracking number *********. I would like to know what is the status of my shipment. And no managers are available to discuss my matter, I also spoke with a person stated the shipment is on the truck. I need not to be charged for this shipment due to me taking time off from work. I would also request for a manager to contact me.
