I received a quote from John's Gutter Cleaning, LLC on 11/16/24 for cleaning my gutters. We agreed on a price & date 11/29/24. I asked what time & was told "I do confirmation calls the day before and give an ETA." The day before was Thanksgiving with the date of service being the day after Thanksgiving. I emailed on 11/29/24 at 7:30 am asking what time I could expect service. I was told between 1 - 3. I called the office at 3:10 & explained that I was still waiting for service. I was told she thought they would have been there already. I received a knock on my front door at 3:30. I explained I didn't feel they would have finished before it got dark given the size of my house especially if they were going to run a hose through the gutters as they promised. I know how long it takes. I asked if they could come another day to be sure they had enough time to not rush through the job without time constraints of it getting dark. They called the office & gave me the phone. I asked if it was the same woman I spoke with earlier. She said yes. I asked when they could come back. She said tomorrow (11/30). She said between 8:30 - 9:30. John's Gutter Cleaning, LLC never showed up on the promised date & promised time & never called. In my opinion, John's Gutter Cleaning, LLC is not reliable. They never contacted me to confirm the appointment. When I contacted them, they didn't show up within the 2 hour window. John's Gutter Cleaning, LLC didn't call either. John's Gutter Cleaning, LLC didn't show up at all or call on the 2nd agreed upon date and time. Quotes copied from their website are complete contradictions to my experience with John's Gutter Cleaning, LLC.  reliable services that you can count on Our customers are our first priority. “We take great pride in the quality of our work and strive to maintain and build our happy customer base year after year” - John (Johnny R****) There is nothing reliable about John's Gutter Cleaning, LLC based on my experience.
