      Steer clear of this place and their devious business practice. I bought a used vehicle which during test drive and looking over the vehicle 3 concerns were brought up, 2 of which they did take care of, but no one made any note about the 3rd issue but the salesman was aware of it. They topped fluids off and I assumed washer fluid sensor needed time to recalibrate but soon realized issue was still present. I went back to them to ask politely after texting and going back and forth with the salesman. I asked if they will get it taken care of to which they responded I needed to pay diagnostics. I got upset and advised issue was brought to salesman’s attention and he confirmed in person to the manager while I was standing there that it was brought to their attention, but they stated when I drove the vehicle off the lot it was not brought to their attention again, which I do not know why they would top fluids off and ensure all is taken care of since the message was still present to which I responded if the error went away before giving me the vehicle they were not sure. So I advised it was not. They then said they would take a look at it but didn’t want to give me something in writing as I needed to come back after a non related issue gets taken care of first. Then another gentleman came over the desk and almost got into my face in which I responded for him to back up to which he responded with vulgar terms and advised they would call the police. I asked why he asked me to leave premises and I stated I will but will come back to see if they keep their word once my non related issue was taken care of. Long story short make sure all issues are on paper in black and white because they will avoid writing anything on paper after a sale. They are leeches.

      Stay away from this place! I'd very much like to give zero stars if I could. I looked to purchase a car from this dealership, who after quoting me one price and got me prepared to put down a deposit, then suddenly advised me that they will add on a dealer markup for this car, but only for out of state purchasers. Not only did their greed cost themselves an easy transaction, but it's earned them a bad review.

      There is an added expense to the dealership when selling a vehicle to out of state buyers and we do pass that fee along to the buyer. There are circumstances where we can waive this fee but after some of our interactions we elected not to do so.
