    I placed an order from this company on March 20th and as of April 4th it still has not shipped. "Awaiting Fulfillment". No response from customer service. Then they had the audacity to attempt to charge my card again on April 4th for another case despite them not even starting the process of shipping the first one. Luckily I gave them a temp card that was easily cancelled. They give a next day estimate for delivery, but my estimate is that they will never ever ship me anything. They will still take my money though.

    Placed order on September 29, never received update on order but credit card was charged. Account information says order is "awaiting fulfillment" but attempted to contact them November 13 via account messaging service on their website. A week later, no response. Phone call goes straight to VM. Still no product, no refund, no response on November 20

    This outfit is a scam - I placed an order for Benecalorie that they said would be shipped the next day - never shipped. They charged my credit card, however, and now I have to dispute the charges from an order over a month old. I left a voicemail. No answer I've texted. No reply although an auto response says they will call you that day. nope I sent an email. It came back as not deliverable (bounced)

    I placed an subscription order and it was never filled, they did however charge my account. I have left message almost every day for two weeks and have texted and have not heard back. This is the worst experience I have had. I cannot get anyone to respond

    Medical Supply/ Medications were shipped to my personal home address. Never heard of this company and I do not think that they are an illegitimate company. The packaging slip stated that it was for me but just my first name and not my last name with full address. I have NEVER heard of this company and have never placed an order for any medical supplies and/ or medications. SCAM !!!

    Ordered. Never shipped next day like promised. Sent an email.. then immediately had a tracking number. Tracking number is over 120 days old and unable to track. Scam. Sent me a fake tracking number as soon as I sent an email. SCAM!

    I would highly recommend not going to this business for any healthcare supply needs. I tried to order food for my son. They didn't ship the item, they didn't respond to my calls, and they didn't respond to my emails. When you call them it just goes to voicemail. I don't think they are a legitimate company.
