    Scam! What kind of company doesn't offer refunds for a backpack?? It's not like it can't be resold. Absolutely terrible company policy. Will never buy anything from this company again. Would give less than 1 star if it were an option.

    Got the draw string bag. Got it a month and a week after ordering it. Was pretty excited to get it. All 150.00 of it fit in my mailbox. I opened it and looked thru it and my first thought was...REALLY...I got a t shirt that was nice and a hat that is mint color. Not much of a hat person but hey they didn't know that so okay. The rest of the things we're very cheap. A lanyard that I don't think anyone would buy for more then a buck. 2 stickers that I don't see myself using..ever and 2 air freshener s that I'm pretty sure you get free when you go to your local car wash. Was really disappointed. I thought this my story bag would have some valve stem caps or something to help the appearance of my truck. Anyway won't be doing this again. Sad sad sad

    Been waiting 3 weeks easily for my mystery bag plus now my second one. Wondering if I’m ever going to get anything I ordered at this point. Can not inform customers of packages do not implement that into advertising that shipments will take over a month if you’re not in the state just poor communication skills. Can not say if quality is poor because of now the quality is non existent.

    I’ve been waiting for a month for the mystery bag with goodies spent $339 USD and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve been told different things by different people and the wait times for the response is ridiculous. I bought the bag for my sons birthday and he has nothing to show for it. This company has some serious issues which clearly are being expressed by other consumers as well. No refunds I can understand if I received my items but I clearly have not received anything and the drawing is over. How is this even legal when the purpose of purchase was an attempt to win something but how is that they can keep my money and send me no product because of sweepstakes that I didn’t even win!! I’ve been trying to get an answer and they just give me the run around. Maybe I should just pull up to the facility and see what they say then when I ask for a refund.

    Ordered a mystery bag with the promise of receiving $305-$400 worth of merchandise. Items I received didn't add up to $305 on their website. Their customer service team has yet to respond. Wouldnt recommend buying anything from these guys.

    Iv spend over $6,000 with this company. Yes it may take awhile to get your stuff but iv always gotten my order. Another thing obviously they don’t give a refund because it’s for a drawing and you could just request a refund if you don’t win its common sense. I haven’t won anything from this company but like they say it’s random, no need to be negative if you don’t win. You bought clothing or merch winning the vehicle is an extra. Iv even ordered 3 mystery boxes and they a came with the same stuff I reached out and they sent me 2 new ones and I got to keep the duplicates. 5/5 stars without a doubt

    I made an order in the beginning of Feb. mind you I placed an order before that and received that order. I purchased the subscription box in Feb. and still have not received it and have been told that it was delayed because they moved facilities. I think this is theft because I have not received my order and can not receive a refund. I have told many people not to order from them and told them what happened and they can’t believe it. I wish I could leave a negative for stars because this company is a joke. Do not order from them ever.
