      On 9/18/24 I paid over $50 to send a big and colorful bouquet to a friend. I was guaranteed same day delivery. Not only was the delivery a day late it looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I'm not just unsatisfied but straight up pissed off.

      I ordered at 1058am. Service says it will have delivered within 4 hours. Received email at 330pm, they are unable to deliver and it will be next day. I feel like this place is a scam! How do you offer a service to have delivered within 4 hours and can’t keep promise! That’s the entire point of website/same day delivery if before a certain time. And you pay for that fee. It was a special occasion and from other reviews I’m reading same issue happens all the time. Company is a lie/doesn’t offer service they sale!

      Order Id *********, Order placed 2024-09-11 at 11:00 AM EST. This company repeatedly promises Same day deliver on the day they were ordered. They charged multiple "Expedited Delivery Fee", "Same Day/Weekend Delivery Fees" on top of the normal Delivery Fees. This is not the first time - This is the Third time they have advertised 'Same Day' delivery as long as you are Not within the four hour close of business. They accepted the order knowing they would not/could not live up to the Same Day delivery as promised. I would have happily gone with another - Same Day as promised is what mattered.

      I ordered flowers for my sister's funeral and ordered premium, my niece received some well below basic. I am so embarrassed of what my family received, I paid well over 70.00 and it looked like maybe a good 10.00 arrangement. All the company offered was discounts on my next purchase, that is never going to happen. All I want from them is to make it right, deliver what I ordered and I will be OK. I can't believe this company is still in business. Your recent Send Flowers order has been updated #*********.

      I ordered from the company 2 sets of Bouquets. I paid extra to have them to have them there with in 4 hours. 1 was there with in 4 hours the other was not i let that go. I went over to one of the residents today that received flowers. The flowers were nothing like what was shown in the picture , flowers were not the right colors (the photo showed all orange colors) the delivery had weird yellow flower and a few red roses. In a tall clear vase. The photo showed that it was in a pumpkin like vase. Half of the flowers were dying the day after delivery. It made me question the quality of the second, I very lightly asked for a photo of the other bouquet. I was thinking ok maybe it was a one off. (I would think with that dramatic of a difference they would have contacted me asking if there was something else I wanted). To my surprise the other flowers I ordered were not delivered in the vase I picked out and all the flowers were not the same flower or color. I reached out to the company. What is the point of picking out different priced flowers and vases to have it changed with out my Consent. They explained that it’s up to change if they are out of stock of something or a flower is out of season. These flowers were 360 of what I ordered I can understand if 1 flower is out an there had to be a minor change or they were out of the vases. But for the WHOLE thing to be different then what is the point? When I wrote the company they gave me 10$ back. This is not acceptable. This is truly false advertisement. I would not use this company again. I will go back to 1800 flowers.

      Contacted business online to make a purchase. Picked product with free shipping. Entered all information for shipping and entered all personal information for myself including credit card, email, phone and address. On the last page for payment confirmation I was charged a $17 processing fee. This junk fee was not disclosed up front or at all during the process until they company wasted my time and obtained all my private information.

      I never submitted the order because I was upset about the undisclosed junk fees they tried to tack on at the last minute. To my knowledge it is against the law to tag junk fees on after the order is in process without informing the customer up front that they are going to tag on junk fees at the end

      I ordered flowers from for you flowers and paid extra for a designer vase with a photo on it. The flowers were wilted and terrible. They were thrown into a vase that didn’t have the picture on it. These were supposed to be for a teenage girl who lost her cousin. This was an embarrassment. I contacted the company and when I asked for a refund and a new bouquet sent, they stopped communicating and said, “since there had been no response, I will end this chat” even though I had responded and was waiting for their next action. You will notice in the pictures of what was sent verses what was ordered the major difference. Also, the photo was just a picture that the girl’s mom taped to the vase herself. I have also attached the conversation with their customer service.

      I placed an order and requested a delivery date change 20 minutes after placing the order, a representative told me to contact ups to make said changes. I contacted ups, authorized any charges necessary to make delivery happen for my anniversary. FromyouFlowers has not shipped the order and it has not arrived due to it not being shipped before the requested date. I understand flowers have a short lifespan but I was given no further instruction. I feel their practices/policies are bordering predatory. Someone needs to be held accountable and make internal changes to prevent this as less then 10% of customers file a complaint and even less go to the BBB meaning 100's have experienced this situation.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You have taken corrective action to make me financially whole,  the problem is how this was handled before the delivery date as shown in the files attached above.  If I was made aware of this before hand.  I would have had time to react accordingly not scramble the day of paying almost twice what I paid FYF to correct the lack of a product being delivered when your representative said I could simply contact ups and change the date.  I even approved extra fees per ups to ensure it was delivered on the 26th.  The money does not matter, this is simply an issue of principle and sub par employee training due to 3rd world call centers handling your customers.  If I have gone this far how many more customers have been in this exact situation due to the lack of quality knowledgeable customer service.
        The proper correction is policy changes and better training for your employees.

      I had ordered flowers from fromyouflowers**** and purchased an upgraded bouquet with an assortment of flowers needed for the arrangement. I had scheduled the delivery to be delivered out a couple of days after the order was placed. What I have received was far from the discretion and arrangement that I have bought. I have provided pictures what it should be and what I have received. The bouquet was lacking flowers and did not match what I had originally purchased. They refunded me only $14 of my purchase and should be 100%

      This company is a fraud! I ordered sympathy flowers on a Friday from “From You Flowers” and paid the extra fee for next day/weekend delivery. I contacted them via chat at 5pm the next day as no delivery was made. Was told they could not confirm when/if they would be delivered and refused to give me the vendor’s name citing the following “ due to privacy contracts with our vendors, we are not permitted to release their information.” Their website also states residential deliveries are made by 6pm, so I waited until then and still no delivery. I called and spoke with Eric who told me they were trying to reach the vendor and I replied that the family was in mourning and I did not want them disturbed late in the evening as the delivery should have been made by then. Eric said they could request delivery for Monday?!?! I requested a full refund immediately and kept getting the run around.
