Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday. They keep delaying the order, ensuring delivery, then making excuses to not deliver it. 4 days in a row. My mom’s birthday has long passed and I feel like the worst son on the planet. This company shouldn’t be in business.Business Response

I ordered a sympathy bonsai online, which was to be delivered 5/31 with a coupon for free 14.99 delivery & the product was discounted by the website to $59.99 from $74.99. When I saw the order that was placed. I received $7.50 off of the 74.99 and was charged $14.99 for delivery on 6/3. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel/update the order, but customer service said they could not resolve the issue because the order was already being packed for delivery. I was overcharged & am skeptical about shipping on a love plant that takes 5 days for delivery. I am asking that I am correctly charged the price provided before payment was submitted.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, the company’s response makes it seem that I didn’t understand that the website only applied 10%. The company has failed to understand that the website did not honor their own listed price at 20% off or free shipping code. They did apologize although, it just loses all significance when they are still ultimately blaming me for their error. I didn’t expect a 20% off price to be only 10% off at checkout. I didn’t need the explanation about how 10% = 10% when it was supposed to be 20%.

I ordered this Flowers for my Sister's Birthday which was today 5/28, they never got Delivered due to not having enough delivery employees, which would have been good to know in the beginning but that was not the case talk about buyers remorse. I've learned my lesson with company for sure, I do not recommended them at all. They as a Company should have informed any Potential & Current Customers they were short some delivery employees Period. PLUS I ADDED MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENT ALREADY.Business Response

I ordered flowers for delivery on the Thursday (5/8) before Mother's Day (5/11). They arrived and looked fine. They were placed in water immediately and cared for. By Saturday (5/10) they were wilting and the roses hadn't even opened yet; I contacted their customer service and explained the problem. Their customer guarantee states: "From You Flowers, LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product. The choice is yours! Problems are rare, but when they occur From You Flowers is available 24 hours a day to help you." I requested a replacement shipment since the original was nearly dead already, and requested it be delivered by the next day, Mother's Day, since the flowers were intended to for that holiday. They said they'd send a new order, but would not tell me when it would arrive - after asking multiple times. By Wednesday (5/14) I had not received a replacement order and contacted customer service again. I said forget sending new flowers, I want a refund. They said they'd refund me the cost. It is now 5/27 and I have not received any reimbursement. I am filing a complaint as they do not back their stated customer guarantee. I want a full reimbursement, and I want them to remove their guarantee from their website as it is a lie. The business has issued a full refund.
I do request that the business stop contacting me. I am being bombarded with calls and emails apologizing for their horrendous service; their tune sure has changed since I filed my BBB complaint. I want nothing more to do with them, and want them to cease and desist their repeated attempts to contact me. I have blocked their phone number.
Once they stop contacting me this complaint can be closed.

The bouquet sent was not remotely similar to the one I ordered. There was no communication about substitutions. The vase itself was correct. I called for a refund on the $97.23 charges. While I could barely understand customer service representative, I understood that I was getting a refund. The refund was $18 and some odd cents. This a fraction of the cost.Business Response

I paid an additional fee to ensure the order would be delivered on May 11, 2025 (Mother’s Day). Despite this, the order was not delivered until May 12, 2025 at 7:21 PM, thereby completely missing the intended occasion and purpose of the gift. I contacted the company multiple times requesting a full refund, but they failed to respond meaningfully or offer any acceptable resolution. Their last communication simply confirmed the late delivery and ignored my refund request entirely. I am seeking assistance from the BBB to help resolve this issue. My request is for a full refund due to: Failure to fulfill the agreed delivery date, which was critical to the purpose of the order. Lack of customer service response after multiple written complaints and follow-ups. Attached are copies of my order confirmation and correspondence. Dear BBB, On May 19, 2025 i ordered flowers from this company for my sister who lost her precious son my nephew. I went to their website and ordered a plentiful bouquet of flowers in a vase that equaled $72.32 I kept track of the next day delivery but when my sister received the flowers I felt sad and ripped off! a few flowers were stuffed in the vase not equal to what I paid for which was extremely disappointing. How does a company do this to a family who is grieving by ripping them off. I want a full refund for what I received because the bouquet they put together was not what I received and it looked as if they put together a $10 flower arrangement.Customer Answer

I ordered flowers for my mom and paid to have them delivered the day before Mothers Day, May 10th, as I was going to be out of town and not able to spend it with her. I was following up on the tracking on the day they were to be delivered and there was a *** link that stated they wouldn’t be delivered until Tuesday, May 13th which is 3 days late. I immediately contacted customer service and let them know about the *** link and they assured me that a florist was in route to deliver them that day. I kept asking them to please look at the order as there was a *** tracking link attached to it. They just kept insisting a florist was going to be delivering them. So I waited and when my mom had not received the flowers I contacted customer service again and they just said they were sorry and would call my mom and apologize and give me a $10 credit to use toward their service again. First of all I don’t appreciate being told a florist was delivering them when it was *** all along and then the flowers don’t arrive on time. My mom finally received the flowers on Tuesday which I had let her know to stay close to home as they would be delivered that day. She had only left the house for 10-15 minutes for an appointment when *** delivered the flowers and left them in the direct sun on her front porch. There are plenty of shaded places that the ****** drivers put packages all the time. When she opened the box the flowers wee wilted and already browning. Two days later the irises never opened. I contacted customer service again and sent pictures of the flowers and at first they offered 30% refund and then after going back and forth went up to 50%. I don’t believe a credit of $34 on a $95 is sufficient when the flowers are not only late, but arrive wilted where she couldn’t even enjoy them. Also I don’t appreciate customer service lying to me stating they were in route by a florist the day they were supposed to be delivered when they were not all along.Business Response

I placed an order for flowers on 15 May 2025. I received an email stated that the flowers were delivered on 16 May 2025. However, the recipient never received them. I emailed the company on 17 May 2025 inquiring if they had visual evidence (photo) that the flowers were delivered to the correct address and recipient. The response I received was: "Thank you for your recent order. We are pleased to inform you that your order going to Sung Bounthavong was delivered May 17th at 9:30 Am." This was strange since the previous email stated the flowers were delivered on 16 May 2025. I sent another emailed explaining that the flowers were, in fact, not delivered to the recipient. The response from the company was: "Thank you for your recent order. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will thoroughly investigate this situation and get back to you as soon as possible with our findings. Thank you for contacting us, and rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as we have more information." I am not satisfied with this response, and I would like to have a full refund on my order.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The delivery was actually two days later on Sunday, 18 May 2025 and not on Friday, 16 May 2025 as stated in the response.
The pre-mature notice that the delivery was made created a lot of confusion both for the company and myself. I'm not sure what occurred, but it stems from a delivery system notification issue. If the delivery system was accurate, I would not have reacted. Rather, I would have waited for the delivery. The pre-mature notification that the delivery was completed prompted a response from me.
Regardless, the outcome is satisfactory to me.

Ordered a bouquet for my Mother In Law to be delivered by Mother’s Day - the order says delivery on 5/10 or 5/11. Got a call on 5/10 that they had to find a new florist for the area and that they would be delivered the next day on 5/11 instead. Thought it was no big deal, but now it’s 5/16 and the flowers have still not been delivered! If they can’t do the order then they should just tell me that and refund me instead of lying and having me wait and be disappointed. Totally ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for Mother’s Day. Will never be buying from them again.Business Response
